Hugh Glass
I have read several articles and books detailing what is known of Hugh Glass. Of all the routh and tough Mountain Men, none can hold a candle to Hugh Glass. Some of the others, including, but not limited to, the more famous Jim Bridger, William Sublette, Jedidiah Smith, John Colter, Lewis and Clark, and whoever else, simply cannot measure up to Hugh Glass. He was without question, KING OF THE MOUNTAIN MEN. Period. And he deserves the monument dedicated to his memory. This amazing man did as much as anyone else in opening up the uncharted and largely unknown northwest. The only man who ever came even a distant second to Glass was John Colter, the discoverer of what is now Yellowstone National Park.

A home like no others..
It so moving for people like myself who love the quality and direction of such a home....there is something that you can not put your arms around when you see such a place...as one who is into farming and large homes the grounds and the time that was spent on the grounds was second to none...thanks goes to the people who made this outstanding adventure possible...Haig Arakelian

What a lovely set of pictures of the Falls for which our city was named. How very nice to be pictured on the web. Thank you! We think this place is pretty special for many reasons. Come and check us out!

Rome and Vatican
I just got back from Rome and I did recognise most of the places on your photos. I definitely agree with the Galerie of Maps being one of the highlights in the Vatican Museums, apart from the Sistine Chapel and the Raphael Rooms. Definitely worth a trip!

Great impressions from a great city
You managed to capture London's top sights - British Museum, St. Paul's and now Henry VIII's Hampton Court (even bathed in sunshine this time). Keep them coming...

Theodore Roosevelt National Park
Your blog compelled me to do more research about this amazing national park that I had not heard of before. Thanks for the nice introduction! I was surprised to learn that it was established in relatively recent years... By the way, what is a TRNP formation? They look identical to something that I found in Nevada recently...

I was here on a special invitation to perform in the sugar bowl as a high school band walling around New Orleans in 2013 it still has devistation in some buildings from K and i SAW THE HOLOCAUST memorial and was so confused because I didn't know what it was but thought it was a beautiful piece of art work.
