Simply Thanks Again I sit with my morning coffee thuroughly captivated as I travel with you. Donna Silver was here with me for a week and I was telling her about your writting and how I can feel, taste and smell your journey.. I still print every single one of them off and John reads them when he gets home. We really enjoy you Kelly! What I will be even more interested in, is how you will be reacting to your suroundings, culture, etc., etc., when you are back in Canada. It will be another huge adjustment for you.
All is well here in North Carolina.......an absolutely beautiful place to live. There is just nothing not to like about it.
Take care of yourself little buddy. Looking forward to digesting more thoughts and adventures you so skillfully articulate.
Love Helen

She can't believe your time is nearing an end and looks forward to seeing you to hear some stories you can share on line!!!!! Friday is Canada Day...I am sure you will acknowledge it wherever you are. I guess you won't be in the parade on Prospect Bay!!! We'll be thinking of you. Enjoy and keep safe!!! Yep.....I knoiw what you mean re "the way we say NS" or anything else depending on who you are talking to, or where you are.
There was a hospital I worked at in Atlanta for a while where the staff would literally pull me aside and get me to say certain words. House , south and boat were very popular.
You still have us captured with your journey Kelly. Nice to hear you are resting and feeling comfortable at present. Take very good care. Love Helen & John
St. Pat's reunion Here I am in Halifax after the wonderful St. Pat's 50th reunion -- it was a blast! Had a great time seeing old friends. Monica & Kevin and your mother -- didn't get to see Terry though. Too bad we're missing each other. Love your journals. Love, Carol
