Letters from Nigeria

My first big international trip was to Nigeria in 1972 - 1974. My parents, sister, grandmother, and a good friend kept my letters. I also kept a small diary for my grandmother, that curiously contains more factual information than some of the letters. Posts will marry the diary entries with the letters. Pictures were ever so rare - in part because I had to send film home to get it developed, and I did not see them until I returned there.
