Bare Wayfatess

The unvarnished truth about the places I go to. So many times I've travelled with an LP,RG, or FP in my bag, pilgering to supposedly "pristine and empty" beach gems to find them crowded, with mediocre water quality and plastic waste all over the place. The same goes for museums, accommodation and transport. So many times I've sworn myself to start a blog and warn fellow travelers about pitfalls as well as advise them on true treasures. Luckily we found a mechanic on the side of the street who drove a VIA truck and basically forced him (he told us he was busy and the town office ... read more
