Thanks for the shout out! I loved it! Looks like you're having a wonderful time. Your Dad was so excited about this trip! Tell him everything is under control here, but we miss him! Can't wait to see more pictures. Enjoy the time with your family!
Hello from home We're getting ready for our trip - packing and planning. Dad and I went out for a Thai dinner the other night and loved the food. Your photos are a great incentive; it's hard to imagine that any beach can look like that. I'm looking forward to some restful days of swimming and sitting - probably not learning how to spin poi...See you soon. Love mom
Hi Miss Yves! How are you doing? Do you see many different kinds of animals in Thailand? Are you having fun and have you made any new friends there? We miss you a lot! The pictures of you spinning poi are cool. It is 11:00am Thursday here, what time is it there? Are you learning anything else in Thailand? Where in Thailand are you?

Gorgeous Hi Yves,
Your blog is great and the pictures are amazing. This is a great way to capture your travels. I will keep checking back to see what you and Becca are up to next.

Sacred trees Hi Rob, yes we do have trees that are sacred to us. WE don't really climb a peepul or banyan tree. A lot of animals and trees in India are linked to the HIndu Gods hence, they are also revered.
Extra Hands Hi Yves,
I am in London visiting Tam, Paul and Zak. I found the information about why the gods have so many arms and hands very interesting. So,etimes when I am trying to do things like get Zak dressed, I wish I had more hands.
Even so, the trip seems plenty long to me... Dad and I have been tracking your flight on the computer - over the North Pole - to Japan. It's Tuesday morning at 5:00 am EST here, 4:00 pm, I guess, in the afternoon in Thailand? Hmm, what might you be doing? (Dad is making a fire with one of his firestarter concoctions. I'm creating some graphs for my budget meeting tomorrow.) Hope you had a good flight.
I worked for a school in Potomac Maryland. I've taken the year off to travel and am using this blog to keep in touch with the school and let the students know where I am and some things about India and Thailand.... full info
