Where is Trish? Hi Trish, I am home a day early from Canada as I am going to an appt with Robin tomorrow. Saw Charles, Connie and Auntie Mary while in Summerland and they enjoyed hearing of your travels.
I heard through Pam and Jack that you are in Barcelona so am waiting to hear of your next adventures.
Love always,
Mum
S'Land Love them bones! Beautiful night here in S'Land. Gartrell wedding today and they have set up a dance floor in the orchard for an evening dance. The evening is going to be a perfect one. We sat out by the lake till late evening as there isn't a breath of wind.
Love you, mum
bone juice How gross were the ceiling drips at the catacombs!!? EW. I'm glad you had a goodtime in Paris! I heart that place. I hope your 13 hour train ride goes well... Good blogging btw!
Your mother and I have considered sending financial aid to you, but instead have decided to sell the house, cars, all belongings, including the damn cats,(but not the boats) and we are moving to the South Seas. Hence, their are no financial resources available for the foreseable future. Tighten up the budget girlfriend. Love Dad
I remember the shopping well.... Trish, wish we could send money but we are in Canada and it's the Canada long weekend and the banks are closed...
I kept mailing my purchaces home when I backpacked through Europe. Your sisters and I will take real good care of them.
If you get this before you see Arthur will you give him a hug and kiss from me and remeind him that it was 25 years ago this Sept that he came out to Canada and attended Jeff's and my wedding.
Love always, Mum
Greg Rusedski??? Hi Pat-
We all miss you soo much. Mom asked me to get on because she couldn't figure out how! (right click or left click?) Are the Brits still cheering for the Canadian turned British tennis player Greg Rusedski. Us Canadians know he looks too much like a Canadian hockey player to pass as a British tennis player. Mum, Dad and I are in Summerland missing you and Rob. The weather is fabulous and Dad and I took a trip to the gas dock and across the lake! Well hope you get this! Don't forget to push fluids (through your belly button) and eat digestions before you leave. HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!
love you
Jackie
Europe! Hey Trish.... just wanted to say have a fantastic time on your trip. I will be eagerly awaiting your blog so I can be jealous of your adventures and wish I was back in Europe! We must have a reunion whenever you come back to Vancity. xoxo Rachel
Sad to see her go... So sad to see you go at the Orlando airport, but SO HAPPY for you. I am reading a book that makes me think of you the whole time! It's called "Take Big Bites" and I know I told you about it but when we were in Orlando, but after we left I started reading it and realized I should have sent it with you because this former journalist documents her travels...and she prefers to travel alone...because she says it forces you to engage in the culture, meet interesting people and allows you to do whatever you want, whenever you want, for as long as you wish! So take this time to really do what it is you always wanted to do and savor every moment! Love and itb, Sara
Safe travels, Trish! Trish,
It was so great to see you in Orlando. Have a great time - can't wait to read about your adventures. Take some risks (but safe ones!) and capture the essence of this solo (but not!) adventure.
Love, Beth
I am off for a quick trip to Europe. The purpose of this adventure is to "find myself". Just kidding! I am right here! I am going it "alone" for the first 3 weeks but have many friends along the way who will take good care of me. Then for the last two weeks of my trip two of my best friends from high school will be joining me in Rome to tour Italy and a small piece of Greece. Looking forward to the challenges, tears, sweat and new friendships on the horizon.... full info
