Last night
As I laid my VERY WEARY head on my lovely bed in my lovely home, I thought of you. Hope you were doing the same.....We drove down to the valley and heat yesterday, but it is worth it....now it is the cleaning and putting away that I bet you are busy with also. Back to the 'old grind' now and lucky us...we live at a resort! SO when you are done and can get away...come on down!!!!!! I must say that we have our place listed, so you better hurry!~Love you guys,

Welcome back...
I feel so great that you are almost home and have had the trip of a lifetime. Well, it was for us.. Hope the rest is just a 'breeze' and you can get back to the new grandson and rest of the family ,,,,and of course the pears and apples etc. etc... We have spent 2 months in the White Mountains of AZ. Looks just like Or with lots of ponderosas, junipers and pin oaks. Much cooler than the 'Valley' but hit by monsoons almost every afternoon or eve. So we adjust our schedule...we are moving back on Thurs, as this lot sold 3 weeks after we got here and the new owners let us stay this long. So back to the heat for all of us! Safe travels and THANKS so much for the great blogs! Steve, you need to be a writer in your next life! Hugs, Sue & Ken

WOW!
Surely you are living a Dream! The pictures are fantastic, although I doubt if they do justice to the real majestic beauty of being there. I read through your outstanding blogs, as you paint a fine picture of your adventures that you are being treated to some of the Nesper's finest cuisine. Lisa and I can attest to that, they are both wonderful chefs and very creative as well. Tell Denise and Tim all is well in San Clemente and we are envious of their latest and greatest adventure. We are surely blessed to have great friends like them, as they are blessed to have friends such as you! That is all for now, as you continue the journey, be safe and may God Bless! Love Tom and Lisa

Your travels so far . . .
BJ, Steve, Have enjoyed your travels and pix while we've been traveling to Asia and now back home again. Can just picture you all inching your way through the latest challenge! And remembering the days with no radar! Continued safe travels and experiences. And btw, I'm considering going to Uncle's funeral on the 26th (just for the day) since you, Ann and Trisha can't go. FYI, Ann's sending flowers from all of us. Hope the rest of your journey goes well!

Really enjoying your blog, Steve! And love the casual way you throw in otters floating in a large group with babies and the up close groaning and creaking of bergs. How are you not constantly jumping up and down in excitement, using excessive exclamation points?!!!!!! You and John Muir are much too cool for that, I guess. :-) Hey, please tell Ruthie that I want to see a post where SHE's been exploring with you.
