We all have memories good or bad of the 'Family road trip'. Common beginings were being woken from sleep to be lead to the station wagon in a zombie state wrapped in your blanket. We are embarking on such a trip minus the travel jammies. Our oldest has completed training in califorina poviding the oppertunity for a well deserved trip for my huband as he has been waiting for such a adventure since returning from Iraq. Amid mixed emotions of exitment and fear we have embarked. Concerned with being gone for 2 weeks and leaving our responabilites behind, being away from our other offspring left us both with a fearful feeling as we begun. Ok, so one of felt that way.
