Viajepodroz - Maciej & Paula

Maciej & Paula We love one another with the best love there can be: the Love of our precious Lord Jesus Christ. Such love is from and out of Him, through Him, and back to Him, and thus our love is real and eternal because is Christ Himself loving through us.
We live on this earth with His heart's desire in view, which is to make man (us!) the same as He is in life and in nature, but not in the Godhead. And to make Himself one with man and man one with Him so that He can be enlarged and expanded in His expression that all His divine attributes may be expressed in our human virtues.
The ultimate goal of our Christian life and the ultimate goal of the Triune God is for Him to obtain His bride (the Church) so that He can come back and usher us into the New Jerusalem!
Amen, Come Lord Jesus!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kochamy siebie wzajemnie najlepszą miłością jaka tylko może istnieć : miłością naszego drogiego Pana Jezusa Chrystusa. Ta miłość pochodzi od Niego, z Niego i przez Niego, dlatego jest ona prawdziwa i wieczna, bo sam Chrystus kocha poprzez nas.
Żyjemy na ziemi z obrazem zamysłu Bożego, którym jest stworzenie człowieka (nas!) takim samym jak On sam w życiu i w naturze, ale nie w boskości i zespolenie Siebie z człowiekiem i człowieka z Sobą, tak, aby mógł On wzrosnąć i rozprzestrzenić się ze swoim wyrazem, żeby Jego boskie atrybuty mogły wyrazić się poprzez nasze ludzkie cnoty.
Ostatecznym celem naszego chrześcijańskiego życia i ostatecznym celem Trójjedynego Boga jest pozyskanie dla Niego oblubienicy (kościół) po to, by powrócić i wprowadzić nas do Nowej Jeruzalem.
Przyjdź Panie Jezu, Amen!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Grouse Mountain is the location of a very popular hiking trail known as the Grouse Grind. It is an extremely steep and mountainous trail that climbs 853 m (2,799 ft) over a distance of 2.9 km (2 mi), with an average grade of 30 degrees. The trail, nicknamed "Mother Nature's Stairmaster", is notoriously gruelling due to its steepness and mountainous terrain. Hikers, who often time themselves on the trail, reach the top in approximately 90 minutes on average, although some who are very fit can finish in 45 minutes. This time we made it in 60 minutes! (Little better than average...but [View Full Entry]

Some general info

Some very specific warning for hikers

We spent a weekend touring the north of the Olympic National Park. We visited Port Townsted, Sequim, and Port Angeles. We also went to the Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent. Hurricane Ridge is a mountainous area in Washington's Olympic National Park. At an elevation of about 5,200 feet (1,585 m), Hurricane Ridge is named for its intense gales and winds. Lake Crescent is a deep lake with a maximum depth of 624 feet (201 m). It is the second deepest lake in the state of Washington. The lake was formed when glaciers carved out deep valleys during the last ice age. [View Full Entry]

Drive the scenic Fraser Canyon with its 7 mountain tunnels through the historic heart of British Columbia & relive the biggest ‘rush’ on the Gold Rush Trail. Hell's Gate Airtram is in a location so unique, the ‘afterlife’ have come back to use it as a playground. Early explorers refer to it as “a place where no human being should venture,” & man & nature battle here for supremacy. [View Full Entry]

In the past, the park’s area was a Baltic Sea bay. The sea’s activity, however, created sand dunes which in the course of time separated the bay from the Baltic Sea. As waves and wind carry sand inland the dunes slowly move, at a speed of 3 to 10 meters per year. Some dunes are quite high - up to 30 meters. The highest peak of the Park - Rowokol (115 meters above sea level) - is also an excellent observation point. The "moving dunes" are regarded as a curiosity of nature on a European scale. Bratislava — historically Pozsony and Pressburg (see also other names) — is the capital of the Slovak Republic and, with a population of about 429,000, also the country's largest city. Bratislava is in southwestern Slovakia on both banks of the Danube River. Bordering Austria and Hungary, it is the only national capital that borders two countries. It and Vienna are also two of Europe's closest national capitals, at less than 60 kilometres (37 mi) apart. [View Full Entry]
