Well, I hope this all turns out well for you guys and that you recover everything. I have to say that my jaw kept dropping with each paragraph that I read. It sounded like an episode of Law and Order at the police station!
To be fair, I think that two American women descending on the tiny Nanjing police station is far more effective than sending Anthony. They probably would have scoffed at him for being Asian but not speaking the language. Two angry white women is much scarier!
Pushed enter too soon This blog is such a pleasure to read -- the excitement and joy you all are feeling is coming through. We can't wait to meet Lucas! Hopefully, he'll be ready to meet someone his own size soon (and more of us Ian-size and Mom-, Dad- and Auntie-size as well) when he gets home!
Take care,
Ani, Jonathon, Ara, and GiGi
Oh, many, many congratulations. We are so happy for you all. He already looks content in his new family. Good luck with everything else and we can't wait to meet him!
