requesting Just wondering how do I go about requesting entertainment? I saw Barry Manilow in Duluth Georgia April 27 and all I can say is wow. Barry has done alot of Vegas shows and I would love for him to come to The Beau Rivage.
Thanks.

Great restuarant info!
Your right – beach towns come in two flavors, and Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are the tourist type, but it is a fun place, especially for the kids. There is something about the amusement park/carnival feel that just brings a smile to your face, and the beaches and docks are all nice. I like fishing better than swimming, though, so give me the docks!
Good info on the restaurants!
Thanks again Not sure if my response went through so thanks for the wrap on my blog site. It's much appreciated. I will also keep an eye on your adventures as the southern USA in on our hit list for some time in the future. Cheers. Gary.

Looks great! Your cruise looks amazing! I have never been to BCN, I went to Madrid a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I'm thinking doing a cruise to BCN but fear I won't have enough time to properly discover that beautiful city! I did find some great reviews on www.cruise.co.uk but thought you could give me some tips/advice? Thanks
Cruise to Barcelona Sam,
Thanks for the nice comment. We took our grown kids on this 7 day cruise and yes, we enjoyed our second visit to many of the cities, especially Rome.
If your cruise begins or ends in Barcelona, and you want to experience more than just a few hours of the Ramblas area, I would suggest you stay overnight a couple of nights either before the cruise or after. Otherwise you may feel "cheated", if experiencing Barcelona, or any city for that matter is really important. My wife and I actually enjoy the thumbnail sketch you get of a city when you cruise, and are only there for say 6 hours.
I don't know if you've read any of my other blogs, but we were in St. Petersburg, Russia on a cruise last year, and got to spend the night, and visit the city again for a second day. If you ever go there you definitely must have two days. Like Rome it begs for more than one day.
I've rambled, sorry. Whatever method you decide upon to get to Barcelona, enjoy yourself and have loads of fun!

Great Pics Hey Men, I am very impressed with these type of pictures, thanks for sharing, i am one of the travels lover located in India; and visited many places all over world, most of the times i preferred to Visit Hyderabad...There is many luxury hotels that very relax-able.... I prefer to book my package online with www.india-hyderabadhotels.com, they do not charged extra money. I just say Nice guys...
Right on! We are two Hoosiers who did exactly the same as you last week! After many, many visits to the Indiana State Fair we decided to check out Illinois this year. We have exactly the same reaction as you. It took us awhile to orient ourselves at the Illinois State Fair, as it all seemed so small.
It's amazing to find your travel blog about our very situation. You summed it all up very well. We had planned to spend two days at the Fair in Springfield. (We often attend the Indiana State Fair 2-3 times while it's running.) But, after about 5 hours at the Illinois Fair, we realized we had seen and experienced it all and didn't go back.
There was a rather sparse crowd. The staff were friendly. We met some very nice volunteers.
My daughter teases my husband that he's just a Hoosier at heart!
Learn from each tour It is said that "The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page." one can learn many things by visiting new places and I appreciate your tour of Barcelona, it is really nice. .
