All sounds amazing just read this all now, I didn't know what you guys had done (apart from on Michael's emails) until now, it all sounds like such a great adventure and you have done so well to get through some of the hard times. Shame we will miss you in Singapore, I will wave to you in Thailand on the way over! Missing you loads, cant wait to see you all soon xx
SWIMMING WITH TURTLES Wonderful account - made me laugh and cry ... and be anxious about you swimming in fast currents ... but the turtle sounds wonderful - a link with prehistory. Lookking forward to the next episode luv mumxx
yoo hoo just to say hi! It was strange at Ray's party without you - everybody else who was anyone was there! you were a miss!
you wont be missing the British winter tho'! I know you've had the hardship of torrential rain you haven't had to put up with the wind we've had......blows you off your feet!
I'm so glad you're having such a good and positive time. The diving sounds amazing. I know Emi is a big fan of snorkeling but you're going so much deeper! (I can think of nothing worse because I dont like my face under the water!!) You must see some incredible sights down there!
Greta was so thrilled to speak to Michael the other day. The timing sounded perfect! Enjoy the rest of your time there. take care. Love Annie xx
wow... Hi guys, just been catching up and reading your news (love the writing and pics - so well done). Its so good to know you are all ok, poor things on the bike accident, love to you all. we miss you madly. A is playing in Dubai as I write this. What jetsetters you archers are, eh? Jxxx
Happy New Year from your neighbours on Tintern Crescent!
Hope you're both having a great time...from the look of your TravelBlog you are.
Love the beenie hat picture of Hinny, it does indeed make him look like a salty sea dog.
His general attire would not look out of place in the Arctic, nevermind SE Asia.
The big news here is that Cheryl and I are getting married. Yes, she finally got those shackles on me after seven years of trying. But hey you've got to reward a girl for persistance.
In other news - Tyne-Tees' season goes from bad to worse. We lost to Eritrea 2-0, if you can believe it. It was a thoroughly abject performance by us and I don't know what it means for the club in the long-term...we're just finding it impossible to win.
Anyway, must dash. Happy trails!
James.
Happy New Year Hi Guys,
Happy New Year from Thailand, Im sitting here nursing a hangover after an all night party on a beach in Ko Lanta. It was not quite the crazyness of a full moon party but it was a cool bar and a good atmosphere.
Hope that you all had a great time at your parties back home, me and David stayed up past 7am to celebrate the English New Year and thought of everyone back home. Missed all my friends actually because new year is the people not the place, still cant complain.
We have to get out of Thailand as our Visa is running out so were going to Langkawi (any recommendations andrew?) Then off to KL, Singapore and Borneo so 2007 is going to start with a bang for us.
Miss you all, speak to you soon,
Love Michael and Amanda xx

Dogs 'N' Shakes You sound like your having the best time, Thailand is amazing. So glad you have learned to dive Micheal. We had pet dogs when we were there, watch your filp flops i had none left after 2 weeks with the dogs nicking them Ha Ha. And the shakes, yeah how kool are they, the Coconut ones are lush, but don't drink them too fast or you'll get brain freeze. Can't wait to here about Chang Mai.
