Day 6 Sunday, January 18, 2009 We got up at the butt crack of dawn to prepare for our 6:30 a.m. cruise. The clouds were heavy and opened up soon after our cruise began. I was wearing a poncho which helped keep me relatively dry, but Kim and Cara were soaked to the bone. Due to the heavy downpour there weren’t many critters out and about. I did manage to snap a hazy shot of an eagle and, of course, there were a few monkeys jumping around like, well, monkeys. After our wet and fruitless morning ride we returned to the B&B to dry off and munch down a simple but hot breakfast of French toast and pancakes. (aw, no butter or syrup!)
