I'm looking for cheap or free volunteer oppurtunities in costa rica. I've done some homework and they all turn out to be $2000 or more. I'm also interested in learning to speak spanish in costa rica on the coast on a budget, I would prefer to be on the coast to be able to surf as well. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
