Three Jumpers, wet weather jacket, gloves, hat, thermals and of course a strong gin and tonic to warm me up.
LockNess was a very rough Loch,oh,did I mention it is FREEZING here? Even rugged up like Eskimos and the sun peeking through did not help. I am sure we were VERY close to the North Pole. Hate to feel it when the snow is in full swing. Mind you this commenced after we left and is probably still happening. [View Full Entry]

Scottish Border
Scottish Border
We finally made it.
Scotland - The home of Robbie Burns, Aunty Mary and John's birthplace. And we thought England was cold. It snowed on the way to Inverness. Gale force winds, slate and snow. Apparently it is too early to snow yet. Is that what the experts say??? We have news for them. Somehow we will get to open the roof on the Peugot Convertible before we have to return it............Somehow. [View Full Entry]

A birthday drink??
Well, Paris is over and we have moved to England. Lots of Fog and lots of sunshine and of course, today, lots of rain. we are in England though, we shouldn't expect anything different, or so we have been told. However there are a couple of late shots in Paris that we mush share with you. Birthday was great and the weather was absolutely beautiful for most of the time we were there. England and Scotland is about family roots again so this will be another sentimental journey. Nothing like starting out with family and finishing with family. [View Full Entry]
