Happy Birthday Tony! Happy 30th Birthday Tony! What a birthday to remember! It's so great that you two have this blog. I really enjoy reading your new adventures each time you post! We are praying for you daily. Keep up all the good work! Love, Cindy
Kingdom Kids in Kenya I'm so excited about your time in Africa! I warn you once you have Africa in your blood it is very difficult to be rid of it.
I pray that your days will be exceedingly blessed and that all the mosquitoes will be exceedingly small.
:-) Papi
Cora liked the giraffe Cora really got a kick out of that pic with the giraffe licking you! She told her dad all about it. Glad you got there safely. We love and miss you!
Glad all's well Hey kiddo, good to hear from you. The apartment looks great! I love the red floors. Do you remember in costa Rica...we had the same kind of shower---the electric heats the water right before you feel the warm water---know what they call them in Costa Rica? Widow Makers. hmmmmm.....wonder why?
Whatever they tell you to do with the water---DO IT!!! You don't want to be bringing back some uninvited guests back to the USA.
I can just see Tony--helping the driver==in the back seat....bless his heart! You'll get used to it then you'll realize your father in law doesn't drive so wild afterall! :)
Keep the blogs coming...love to see ya! mom
Maua hospital Great pictures! I'm so glad you guys are doing well there. We've been keeping you in prayer privately and on Sunday mornings. You'll have to keep out for those choir robes in all of your travels around Kenya Tony!! You never know where they may turn up:-). Blessings!
I'm so glad you two made it there safely! I'm sorry I didn't get to see you before you left but you are both in my thoughts and prays as you are on this adventure. I hope things continue to go well for you and say hi to Ivy and Chiru for me! Have fun and be safe! -Jessica
How fun! A drooling giraffe! The pics are great! I"m so glad we're able to talk to you guys, too! makes me feel a LITTLE more connected with my kids on the other side of the world in AFRICA~!
Thanks for coming! It was so nice to have you guys over. Seeing you made me really homesick for Bellevue and St. Peter's. Funny thing, by the end of the evening Ciru's accent had sort of changed back to American! Have a safe trip to and stay in Maua, and we'll try to come over and visit. God bless!
I'm glad you made it to Kenya safely Our thoughts and prayers have been with you both during the past couple of days as you have been traveling and beginning your adventures in Kenya. We will continue to pray that you both have a blessed and life changing experience and that those you meet in Kenya will be blessed by you. We miss you both.
Great to follow your trip HI Starla and Tony, it is so great to follow your trip this way. I understand your being cold at Bryce - I was there ismid mid summer and it was very cold! Thinking of you as you leave for Kenya. Sherry
Thinking of you Starla, I'm thinking of you as you are headed off to Africa. That's one continent I have never been! You'll have to share lots of pictures and stories when you get back. I'm sure you both will have a fun and blessed time there.
Tucker's little face behind the gate just made me want to cry! But it looks like there's a dacshund in the pack so he'll be fine. :-) He'll be very well taken care of and when you get back he'll recognize your scent right away and it will be like you'd never left!
Safe journey! We have you on the prayer list....
Welcome to your new home It has been great fun reading your blog on your travels. Though i will miss having you here I am glad to hear you made it safely. I will pray the Lord works everything out about your little fender bender.
It looks like we may be moving to Idaho in the next six months! Near Boise where you drove through. :)
What a journey---so far! Your pictures and commentary about your trip to Tenn. are terrific.
It brings tears to my eyes to see how happy you are venturing together and re-uniting with your loved ones there. Your Washinton family will sure miss you!
