Europe Hi Jake,
I've enjoyed reading about your travels in Europe. (It was a little tricky reading about Paris, but I guess I remember enough French and enough about my trip to Paris to be able to understand what you said!) It sounds like you're having a fantastic time and learning a lot of history and facts about the counties you have visited.
There's snow here & it is cold this week. I'm looking forward to Africa. I leave in 27 days - I just started counting the days today!
Enjoy Spain!

Lobster Hi there,
Am enjoying your blogs. Lobster must be a cousin thin. i LOVE lobster. When Peter and Jack's grandparents recently came from Japan for a visit, they took them out for dinner....and Peter had lobster. apparently it has become a little tradition with them.
much love

Museum in Ottawa Hi Jacob,
The museum does look awesome. next time you are in Vancouver we'll go to the new Biodiversity museum at the university. It has skeletons of everything!! Especially impressive is a skeleton of a massive blue whale which hangs above you.

On the way to ottawa jacob,

Lake of the Woods Hi Jake,
Loved the photos of your time at the lake. Some very impressive fish were caught!!...including yours!! Looks like everyone was having a fabulous time. From your mom, sounds like the maritimes were pretty amazing too. Now off to Britain I think. Enjoy all the sights and history. It makes Canada feel like a very young country. much love Janet and David xoxoxox
Hi Jacob,
All sounds like things are going well. I guess you are in the maritimes first with your dad and then your mom. I have always wanted to go there and see a different part of Canada. Are you off to England/Scotland next? So many new things to see and experience---all fabulous.
Thinking of you with love
Janet and David
Hi from the west coast Hi Jacob,
At first your blog didn't work so didn't realize you were up on running in blogosphere. The photos so far are truly amazing. I love looking at them and then imagining I am there too.
We have had David's nephew's son, Finn here visiting his dad. He is seriously into Minecraft. I wanted him to show me how it works but thinks he might be too busy actually doing it on the computer.
have a fabulous time at Lake of the Woods.
Keep writing and photographing and I'll be anticipating your next blog
with much love
janet and David xoxo
Hi Hi Jake,
That photo looks great. WOW - huge rocks! I hope you're having a good time. I've been at the lake a few times this summer, but the weather hasn't been very hot! Missing you in Saskatoon.
