Great pics! Wow, that place looks and sounds beautiful. I am glad you guys are living it up, while I toil away in corporate obscurity. Have fun, and get a dang haircut, hippie! :) Love ya both, Josh
Damn Hippie Someone send shane a copy of Forbes Magazine quick, he has his hair in a pony tail....we are losing him!

blessed I am so excited to be your first comment!! You two needed a place to just rest and relax. What a beautiful place. You two look incredible. Know that we all envy you. Luvs, Holly
My jealousy knows no bounds... I love the pics, the scenery is awesome, and the beachfront looks nice too... :) I am glad you guys are having so much fun. I am bummed I couldn't make it down, but such is life in the rat race. Miss you both tons, and hopefully we can meet up soon! :) Stay bummy! JM
According to the Simpsons, the bad parts of Rio are painted in bright colors to appease the tourists- even the rats are painted in red, yellow, and bright blue! Love it. MISS YOU GUYS!
keep your clothes on The beaches look great....but the economy must be horrid if half the population can't afford tops and bottoms of a swimsuit? love the pix's....especially the ones with your beautiful faces. love, mom
Aspirin anyone? Now having spent some time down here in Buenos Aires and trying some of the savory Mendoza Cabs and very fine Argentine beef, I envy you even more for spending the time you have down here. I was spending time looking out the window at 41 thousand feet thinking of you and how you were getting such a better view. I can see spending some time down here in the future with the family. Hopefully you'll come and be our tour guide. Love you bro!
Tried the prawns..whew! With some trepidation, I wandered over to a street cafe and had some grilled camarones. I should trust my brother but figured that something so close to the Panama Marriott wouldn't make me run...or give me the runs. Luckily, the little guys still had their heads attached and the poop vein that was fully packed and present was the only poop I saw that night. I've got a lay over here again this Sunday and hope to make the canal. My goal is to get a photo in the same pose as you Shane where your in full salute! Miss you, Troy
Magnifico y Mates, thanks for the voyage log. It's always nice tapping into your accounts- the ones from hot and cold climates- (below the equator belt).
Does the world seem to be getting larger as you trek along or, is it shrinking? Atleast we know its more beautiful than previously concieved. at least there's that. Can't believe Malleck's three this friday !
Don't blow away at the end of the world.
Cruise... Great photos! I like the "Dining in true backpacker form" photo. This Friday, I will be aboard Carnival Paradise. I'll think about you when I am having dinner...
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. ~Mark Twain... full info
