After 6 hours sleep we both feel surprisingly rested despite the large quantities of alcohol consumed on the flight - maybe the effects are reduced at 33,000 feet! Breakfast is a huge buffet affair. Fortunately, we chose to eat in the conservatory rather than the terrace where we would have had the local chipmunks and birds for company. Meet Brownie's boss and her colleagues from Xansa in reception and we troop off to our tour bus. It's 80 degrees outside and there is still a hint of cordite in the air after the Diwali fireworks of last night. We head towards Old Delhi and the traffic is surprisingly light a combination of it being Sunday and also Diwali. First stop Jama Masjid Mosque. The largest Mosque in India, it has room for up to 25,000 worshippers.
