Photos What a shame you have had so much trouble uploading photos in so many places. It sort of spoiled our holiday-by-proxy :-/
Glad you've had a great time, and I hope your last few days are just as good.
beaches I've been to the beach as well - though it was quite as exotic as where you've been - Ramsgate.
No crocodiles, but I did see a couple of starfish.
Looking forward to seeing your latest photos when you can upload them.
Hope you enjoy(ed) the scuba diving. Rather you than me !
Take care, and carry on enjoying yourself.
riots I heard a bit more about those riots today :( It made me feel ashamed also, especially when australians were talking about it....
The trip is absolutely amazing, thanks. I'm loving every minute!
Course I'm still reading this!! Your trip is more interesting than my prospective hol in Burnley. The pic of the bats reminded me of the scene in 'Crocodile Dundee' ;-)
You're better where you are! I'm pleased you're having a good time, as it's rainy, windy, and depressing over here. The riots you heard about were mostly in London, but Manchester and Preston had some looting too. It took a couple of days for the police to get their act together, and the bad weather helped, but things seem to have calmed down now. Enjoy the Great Barrier Reef, I've heard it's amazing.
News from home According to the weather forecast last night you would be experiencing really heavy rain and 19 degrees if you were at home today.
Riots, or more accurately mass lootings, were pretty bad. Catford got hit on the second night. As far as I know it has calmed down now, though I went to sleep to the sound of sirens at 9pm.
Don't worry about us, we're fine - you carry on enjoying yourself.
Bats "Is anyone still reading this?" Yes of course we are (well I am ) !
Those bats look sort of cute.
It's probably too late to say mind how you go at the vinyards. Hope you enjoyed all the samples, and didn't get a hangover.
skin care I hope you're taking care of your pale northern skin under all that sunshine. ;-)
Nice couple of pictures. The rock ledge looks terrifying though :-o
It ain't half hot mum 36 degrees and humid - now that is a bit over the top.
29.3 C back here in blighty yesterday, and with the humidity through the roof it was, or at least I was, very soggy. Rain today, and a much more refreshing 22 C.
Glad you're still having an excellent time. Looking forward to see some more pictures.
I've seen these giant buddha's on the telly, but to actually be stood at the feet of one must be a humbling experience. Just imagine how many prayers have gone up from where you were standing... Keep up the blog, it's fun to follow your adventure.
