| 21st January 2008 Ken and Steven | Luang Prabang - From: Heading To Laos Hi Ross & Sean, I came across your travel blog and noticed that you guys were in Luang Prabang at the same time as I was. I was in Luang Prabang from Dec 14th to Dec 17th. I noticed one of your picture where you stand in front of a guest house. That was my OLD house! I was from Luang Prabang and left the country when I was very young when the Pathet Lao (communist) took over the country in 1975. When we left the country, the Pathet Lao people took over house. I am now lived and worked in San Diego, California. I had been back to Luang Prabang twice already and loved it there. I missed Luang Prabang since I was my birth place. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Laos.. Best of luck with the rest of your journey. Steven |
