Since my trading is complete for now, today I decided to visit a mosque since I have only ever seen mosques where I am from. They look very different from what I am used to. In Baghdad the fancier mosques typically have dome like roofs and are very large. The mosque I saw here was significantly smaller had what appeared to be layers of roofing that looked very similar to other buildings around the city. The only similarity I noticed were the rounded tops of doorways, archways, and windows. Entering the mosque while I was there were people of vast ethnicities, Chinese, Indian, African, and people who looked like me. Even women were entering the mosques which was surprising because woman here have less rights than women from Baghdad.
