We had cooking lessons last night! We made lasagna, pan roasted artichokes, vetolini (really thin veal with prociutto, arugula, pine nuts, and parm cheese wrapped inside) and crema (custard) with apples for dessert! It was alll sooooo good! I didn't have any of the custard though bc there were so many egg yolks in it, but I tried just a little bite and it wasn't that great. I've decided I don't really like italian desserts except for cream puffs and tirimisu! I know I still have to update about my fabulous weekend on Capri, but there is a lot of studio work to be done! 2 weeks til spring break! and mom arrives!
