Fabulous Blog Just love your descriptions, if I'm unable to travel there, at least in the near future, your comments paint a clear picture of what an amazing place it is. Keep writing!
I haven't seen enough of Africa... so I think based upon your recommendation, I will add South Africa to my list. I will probably include some nearby countries like Namibia. Do you have any recommendations in this regard?
The Spa Experience Again, a great blog, informative, funny and well written. I'm enjoying these so much, I'm actually a bit disappointed when I check and there is not a new entry.
Welcome to Travelblog You will find many like minded souls here. You already learned that using the Forum gets you more visibility from other bloggers...you got me.
Anyway, I've read all your blogs...easy since you just started. I like your writing and pictures so have subscribed and am recommending you to others. Keep up the good work. Now you will have to work backwards, writing all about your previous years of traveling. It took me a year to load all my trips since the beginning in 1949, so you can do it. I'm looking forward to reading more.
Thanks! glad you found my blog - I am working on writing up my past stories....I'll start with the anecdotes that I'm always sharing, then dig deeper into my memory. Your words encourage me!
The good, the bad and the ugly Again, an amazing description of your trip to India - great creative writing to finish with the good, photos are also terrific, thoroughly enjoyed every word and every photo. I'm looking forward to your next trip just to read the blog!

Most people would only take photos that are beautiful, picturesque, but you've covered it all. Well done, I love reading this blog, it's great to keep up with your travels from afar.
First 24 Hours in India I'll say it again, you are an excellent writer! Very interesting blog, complete descriptions, humor thrown in, i.e., spiritual shenanigans, whisked away to waiting "limo", chai, cows swimming, very old bldg., karma. I enjoyed reading every word.
A chain traveler that often will spend some time during each trip to book the next trip....
I have been roaming the planet for almost 30 years and finally gave up any hope of settling down and joined the expat community about 10 years ago. I have lived in England, Bahrain, Japan, and now Indonesia. Travels have included somewhere around 60 countries and counting....(except I don't count, I just GO!)
Since I'm more of a mathematician than writer, this blog will mostly be random musings - the things I think about during the long hours of travel. There will also be anecdotes and travel ... full info
