| 29th January 2008 niamh | lovin' it - From: The end of the beginning Memories! Free love at coral - you just can't beat it! What a holiday! |
| 20th September 2007 Kayla | Been there ... still there ... lovin it! - From: Same Same, But Different Haha, you haven't experienced anything until u live here. Take it from somebody who knows, just moved here last year and fell in love with the place, though happy to take vacations from time to time! Tell ur friends to visit, and that Vietnam is so totally misunderstood. |
| 19th May 2007 Lee Barker | Sat On! - From: Easy Tiger!.... Well, not that easy....oh come on, at least regain consciousness! You’re lucky to be alive Pete; those Tigers are born killers I tell ya. They especially don’t like being sat on! Like what you’re doin in ‘Me Tiger 1’ it’s disrespectful! LOL |
| 16th May 2007 mum | tigers and toothpicks - From: Easy Tiger!.... Well, not that easy....oh come on, at least regain consciousness! Lovely to read the blog again Pete! Well, thanks for the tip, I will never visit Thailand without a toothpick. The tigers look so huge, so real and alive, and so powerful... I don't know how you did that. xxxmumxxx |
| 16th May 2007 Anne-Sophie | hello there - From: Easy Tiger!.... Well, not that easy....oh come on, at least regain consciousness! Ha! So you are alive then if you're able to write a new blog entry! well Mister, I have to say I am a bit disappointed with your qualities in "keeping in touch" ;) : Where the hell are you? Still in Australia? Or back home? How much time to travel around is actually left?? Guess what, a few days ago I showed our funny video (elefant trip in Pai) to a few friends, soooo funny!! Did I actually burn the video with our stupid train conversations about piercings in the nighttrain from Chiang Mai to Bangkok on the CD I gave to you, too? Cause I randomly found that video a few days ago on my computer and the one we did in Bebop Bar with the live band. Ah well, I miss Thailand! So how are you?? I know I asked you that about a million times and I also know how hard it is to write to everyone at home when being abroad but hey, would be really cool to hear how you're doing down under ( and eventually I will stop asking for a mail from you ;)) ! [anne-sophies_e-mail@gmx.de, in case u lost it!] So anyway, I'm in my second semester at uni, having a great flat with wicked roomies and the best friends ever, Berlin rocks and all in all I'm doing quite good I guess. Just miss travelling. Ok I'll stop spaming your whole comments list. Have fun and hey, great picture of that bed in the night train ;) |
| 16th May 2007 Aunty Jane | Sharing? - From: Easy Tiger!.... Well, not that easy....oh come on, at least regain consciousness! Why didn't James share the scorpion with you? Very bad manners. Despite the unkind enviroment, the Tigers look healthy and wow aren't they magnificent. |
| 5th March 2007 Gareth Neville | big trunks - From: Nice as Pai do you remember the elephant at Colchester Zoo that time, bet he was well popular with Mrs Elephant. Love you Peter!!!!!!!! |
| 4th March 2007 Auntie Jane | Mounts! - From: Nice as Pai Dear Pete, I'd prefer to ride the Elephant than the moped!Good to hear the remainder of your tales, if a little late in their delivery! |
| 4th March 2007 mummy | jumbofun - From: Nice as Pai (...and i remember KISSING that dear little silky baby bottom!!) The elephant experience looked/sounded excellent! I can see why you want to revisit Thailand before coming home -loveyou,mumx |
| 3rd March 2007 Uncle Andrew | Welcome back - From: Back To (Semi) Civilisation Arrived home from Sydney today and I'm very confused - I could have sworn the two chaps I dined and drank with there were you and James... It was lovely to see you both looking so well and I was impressed with the red backs and the funnel web! |

| 20th February 2007 Iris | Welcome back online - From: Back To (Semi) Civilisation Started writing this before and it disapeared. Visited Chang Mai two years ago and it was misty when we went up to the top of temple. So glad you are back on line - you write so well. Tamsin is catching up with your blogs as had an email from Paul her bloke saying she is in Laos seeing gibbons so probably doing the same trip as you did. Unfortunately she is also mentioning the odd moped experience too!! |

| 19th February 2007 mum | wow - From: Back To (Semi) Civilisation Wow! you've had a brilliant time. I'm not the slightest bit worried about you risking life & limb on those bloody scooters - I'm far too busy worrying about you getting poisoned by spiders or bitten by snakes you're trying to 'control' in Australia!! Jame's worm was quite revolting. It's definitely gone, I assume? So pleased you continued blog - been waiting for it! xxxxx |

I expect, actually, you're a bit bored. The coup was a real nuisance - you'd be in Malaysia now otherwise... When you do get to Australia, are you going to register with an agency? apparently they get you work really quickly. You're going to need some funds, life won't be any where NEAR as cheap.... lots of love x |

Your hair!!!! Your beard!!!! I think it's wicked, you've got to keep it when you come home, it's brilliant!!! Some of the scenery in your pictures looks a lot like suffolk, are you sure your all that way away and your not just hiding out in deepest darkest Wiston?? Glad to see your birthday was a good one, it's mine next week, shame your not around to get the beers in. I'll type up a propper message on the email for you. Love ya you hairy tramp. |

| 21st August 2006 Elly | - From: Yabba-Fuelled Rollercoaster Rides, Local Legends, Political Tension and an AK-47 Hey, nice rain mac...! Your cockroach experience sounds pretty lame compared to the experience I had in Crete where I found one crawling up my armpit towards my neck... AAARRRRGGGHHHH!!! I pooed my pants, screamed and ran. I survived to tell the tale though! I'm surprised you did by the state of that shower. Be careful.... Those views are lovely but the bus journey sounds pretty hairy as well. We get our house on Friday, how exciting. Take it easy, eL* xxx |
| 21st August 2006 mum | hairy faces - From: Yabba-Fuelled Rollercoaster Rides, Local Legends, Political Tension and an AK-47 What a co-incidence, to meet up with Leigh! I have to say I had no idea he was in Laos! I ( do love you, and fully understand WHY you both have easy hairy faces while travelling... but you MUST shave it all off when you come home!!!!!) |
| 18th August 2006 Cake Maker | See your mum on a blog - From: Tubing The Seven Seas and Searching for Buried Treasure! Hi Peter, Tamsin has left on her travels and I have set up a blog to keep her up to date with things back here. Your mum appears on one of them so you might like to take a look. http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/Cake-Maker/ Glad you continue to have fun. Will you be in Sydney at New Year. Look Tamsin up. Your mum has a new laptop and has fallen in love with it. All the best Iris |
| 17th August 2006 mum | HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - From: Tubing The Seven Seas and Searching for Buried Treasure! With the liver recouperation in mind - suggestion: anyone who's out there - DON'T buy him a drink to celebrate...just give him a HUG and an extra big one from mummy. - thought: has this been your best year, Pete? |
| 16th August 2006 A.Jane | Treasure? - From: Tubing The Seven Seas and Searching for Buried Treasure! Well, where was the treasure? Great pictures, lots of fun it was obviously a great part of your trip so far. Hoping that there is time for liver recouperation, continue onwards and upwards Capt'n. Lots of love Jane, David and Jess. She is here recovering from knee op. xxxxxxxxxx |
| 16th August 2006 mum | - From: Tubing The Seven Seas and Searching for Buried Treasure! Some great photos there Pete! You sound as if you've really been having fun, tubing and caving sounds exciting, but also scary. I'd like to have hired a bike though, and cycled through some of that beautiful scenery..(hang on - I spose it included a lot of hills..) Now remember you're a year older on Friday, so you should be slowing down a little and taking things a bit easier... (Tell James I've enjoyed reading his 'bebo', haven't left comment because you have to register with e-mail address etc. & I didn't want to)loads of love-mum |
| 16th August 2006 Suze | Watch those drains - From: Tubing The Seven Seas and Searching for Buried Treasure! I fell into one in India. Gruesome. I think I scrubbed my foot with luke-warm water (hot water being of course out of the question in Inja) about 37,241 times. I still shudder to think of it. Also I'm made up to see the fame about chicken fighting is spreading! The inventors, Jamie and Jason, are legends in their own lifetime. How soon before it's on tv? Hope you're well - snogs to all the gang Suze in cold Oz x |
| 11th August 2006 Bekah | Heart to Heart - From: Ponchos, Pickpockets and a Prized International Treasure Man, i am sorry to hear about that. Thanks for the connection though. I am actually in Korea now and playing catch-up on my blog writing. We had only one day in Siem Reap, so we didn't have to much time. I will check out your blog any ways though, thank you! |
| 8th August 2006 mum | dog's life - From: Safe and Sound In Vientiane (Well Only Just) Yes I'm sorry too about the dead dogs but far more worried about your glasses. You're just like me, you won't be able to see a bloody THING!But didn't you take a spare pair? and didn't you have some prescription sunglasses? Anyway it's not too long before you're in Australia where you can no doubt get them fixed. And back to the dogs, in a place where there's been all that war and people tortured and killed, human life is worth f-all so I spose a dogs is worth less than f-all... |
| 8th August 2006 A.Jane | Why? - From: Safe and Sound In Vientiane (Well Only Just) With the amount of students travelling now, you'd think these scams would be wiped out by now, is it really worth all that aggravation for them to prise another ding dong or whatever out of you for a trip? Obviously a business opportunity there for some brave soul. Better luck for the next few days. Love A.Jane xxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
| 7th August 2006 Uncle james | Dogs - From: Safe and Sound In Vientiane (Well Only Just) I've had a lot of bad experiences with dogs in my younger years, usually in the mornings. |
| 7th August 2006 Gareth McGiver Neville | You look like Grizzly Adams - From: Safe and Sound In Vientiane (Well Only Just) check you out beardy!! Just noticed that you hooked up with Ernest in Thailand, how random is that man!! Have fun. Love ya x |
| 7th August 2006 Elly | - From: Safe and Sound In Vientiane (Well Only Just) What a shitty day! What are you going to do about your glasses? I'm sad about the dog thing... poor animals. Who the bloody hell eats dog anyway...? Trying to book a cheap holiday at the moment. Need to get away from shitty Britain ASAP! Hope the rest of Loas makes up for the crap you went through to get there... Love eL* xxx |
| 7th August 2006 Gareth (I've just had a haircut) Neville | My Good Lord - From: More Silly Hats and Happiness with Hanoi's Very own Holy Grail: Bia Hoi!!!!! My god Peter, are those flip flops on your feet??!! Now I've seen it all! I'm proud of you old son, you've finally taken the plunge into the delights of the open shoe. | 7th August 2006 Mr Rib tickler - (gareth big nuts neville) | :-( - From: I Hate Buses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh dear, sounds like someone's got a bit of a handbag! he he |
| 7th August 2006 Ye Olde Gareth McNeville | I just snorted like a p[ig in public - From: A Whistle Stop Tour of Hoi An don't like the sound of that bone! I have just creased up reading the first bit on this about the pool. I must look like a right flid cos I snorted and laughed out really loud at the thought of you two dive bombing into the pool. Classic!! Be careful of that sunburn sweetheart, don't want you to peal! |
| 6th August 2006 mum&simon | - From: Halong Bay: On the Whole a Heavenly Break Love the group jump photo! And you all look really happy and relaxed on the deck of the boat... When you've finished your travelling - and made your fortune - you can BUY one of those boats, hire a crew, and take everyone on a cruise...(and we'll travel there by private jet, NOT bus.) Oh, and although it was a shame you didn't get to go kayaking, we have only this to say...HORSEY ISLAND! We were very 'enchanted' by the fountain, although we would agree that from the photos it does look VERY Thorpe Parkish. Jumped the grey waves on Old Felixstowe beach with Hannah today and built sand castles - how different from you! be happy love from us xxx |
| 6th August 2006 mum | beverages - From: More Silly Hats and Happiness with Hanoi's Very own Holy Grail: Bia Hoi!!!!! I'm only pleased for your liver that you liked the local beer, vodka all the time must be hell for it... Love you-miss you... mummyxxx |
| 2nd August 2006 A.Jane | The Best - From: I Hate Buses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dear Pete, I know you have sent some fantastic pictures, but the last one here of you saluting is the best ever! Please send me a copy you look ridiculous! The conclusion I have come to is I'll take my gap year when I can do it in style, sweaty arses, 32 hour bus journeys, molestation by undesirables just don't do it for me! Continue having fun, lots of love A.Jane xxxxxxxxxxxxx |
| 31st July 2006 Uncle James | Good beer? - From: More Silly Hats and Happiness with Hanoi's Very own Holy Grail: Bia Hoi!!!!! Sounds better than American beer! Hey, I hope you didn't buy anything from that dodgy looking street vendor in the hat... |
| 30th July 2006 mum | - From: Ladyboys, A One-Armed Guitarist, and a FanTASHtic Tour Sounds great - as ever - love the baby crocs!!! xxxxxxmum |
| 30th July 2006 mum | sorry I missed your call - From: A Whistle Stop Tour of Hoi An Sorry this isn't really a comment related to your blog - just a brief general update from back home. Can't use 'personal' thing as I can't remember my e-mail which you have to type in... I know... pathetic - but you know me and technology!!!Am at Uncle Andrew's using his internet-mine isn't working and I'm not at school now-for 6 weeks, so without daily access to computer I won't be in touch so regularly. Use Simon for urgent messages. Wasn't in when you phoned because went away for a few days with Iris B&Bing round Gardens. Very pleasant.Yes Dad is fine - a shame you didn't catch him. He still mustn't drive though. Am worried about the blog site saving all your pics - isn't there a limit to the number you can keep? Transfer them to somewhere else - don't lose them. Tamsin is leaving next week travelling on her own, although her friend is going with her for the first-American bit. Your birthday soon!!Better go. love you xxxxxx |
| 30th July 2006 Nat | Blog-master!! - From: More Silly Hats and Happiness with Hanoi's Very own Holy Grail: Bia Hoi!!!!! G'day Pete! Absolutely love reading your blogs. You should write a book one day. Only about 8 weeks til Chris and I will meet up with you! Cannot wait! Will be great to exchange tips and stories. | 27th July 2006 Elly | Hot??? - From: A Whistle Stop Tour of Hoi An Oh my god. You're such a wimp. It's been that hot here in Britain. It's been between 25-35 for the last few weeks. It was 31 yesterday! Grow some balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sat outside AOH having a drink in the sunshine with Gareth and Lucy earlier. It was just like old times... Miss ya, xxxxxxx |
| 21st July 2006 mum | - From: Strange and Beautiful ANOTHER BLOG! it was a lovely surprise, I'm sitting in my classroom, absolutely STEAMING (its a real heatwave here - I can't remember a Summer like it in years...)and with a throbbing toothache (which isn't pleasant), waiting for the bell to go for the final time this school year...feeling washed out and very tired...and I see mail from Pete!!!! Thanks for cheering me up, that stepped waterful looked so beautiful and cool I'd like to have walked in it. The Crazy House was - well - CRAZY! I suppose its for tourists, but do they get that many up there? Or is the person who made it just a wierd eccentric who did it for his own pleasure/interest? There's a man in France I think who has built his complete home out of rubbish... Oh well, there goes the bell! School's out for Summer! Like you, I'm finding myself actually wishing for drizzle, (and you know what a sun worshipper I am!) BYE xxxxxxx |
| 20th July 2006 Cassie Bennet | Hey Pete, Miss you Honey - From: A Sunrise, a Stream and a Sandy Arse Crack! Hi Pete, your blogs are fantastic I love reading them, the pictures are amazing and your travels are so well described I could close my eyes and be there.......I wish!!! Hope you are well sweetie and enjoying the experience of a lifetime. Take Care and keep enjoying the fanny.......iceream of course xxxx |
| 17th July 2006 Uncle James | Dangerous Ice Cream - From: A Sunrise, a Stream and a Sandy Arse Crack! Just for the record, if you ask for Fanny Ice Cream here in the States, it will be chocolate starfish flavor!!!!! So be careful boys... |
| 17th July 2006 mum | keep on blogging! - From: Heeeeeere's Johnny!!!!!! Pete, Its so great to read all this, and great for you to remember it all in such detail when you've finished. But how long does it take you to keep the blog up?? Anyhow - DON'T STOP! Please give loads of love to James, and tell him I have tried to go on his e-mail to read his, but being computer-thick I just do't understand how to move around amongst every thing else in there. Its not that I haven't tried. Next time I go round U.Andrew's I'll get him to show me. Be happy, but careful, both of you.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxmum |
| 17th July 2006 mum | Smells - From: A Sunrise, a Stream and a Sandy Arse Crack! The contrast of those white rocks, and the red sand and water in the Fairy Stream is fantastic. I'd love to paddle in it right now... It's VERY hot back home...(I'm not complaining - BUT it's hard when you're at work...) I think you're very cowardly telling Paul he smells after he's GONE...Did Celia go with him then? Didn't she smell him? Or did she like the smell of him? Or maybe she smelled too? Do YOU TWO smell? Is that why he left? What did he smell of anyway? love from mum |

| 15th July 2006 khmer shortiee | ew - From: Goodnight Cambodia, Good Morning Vietnam! Vietnamese took our land! losers |
| 15th July 2006 A.Jane | Pictures missing - From: A Sunrise, a Stream and a Sandy Arse Crack! Again, a great read Pete, I think you may have found your vocation. I walked up an amazing sand dune like that once in Spain, and at the top two Germans came out of nowhere and smiled, said good morning and walked on by, they were stark naked! Why no pictures of the bulldogs? |
| 14th July 2006 Gareth | finger lickin good - From: A Sunrise, a Stream and a Sandy Arse Crack! gotta get me some of that ice cream, thats my favourite flavour! |
| 14th July 2006 Simon | Sunday Papers - From: A Sunrise, a Stream and a Sandy Arse Crack! Bloody hell Pete, brilliant read but its like the Sunday Times! You spend all day reading, stand up for a scratch and find there's another bit you haven't seen. Is there no stopping you? No don't stop, its far better than the Travel Section. I never realised the Vietnam coast was so fantastic - the Red Canyon seems bizarre. Fanny ice cream eh, cool and inviting - unlike the four Scousers? By the way, I reckon your mum must have discovered the very same rice vodka at Henley, although probably a tad more expensive over here it had the same effect! Keep it up, no doubt I will post this and find another blog waiting? |
| 14th July 2006 U.Andrew | Copycats - From: A Sunrise, a Stream and a Sandy Arse Crack! OK, James's Bebos and your blogs are word for word! Is he copying yours, or you his, or a joint effort? I have to say that the blog is a more user-friendly site for computor illiterates, and it's much easier to view the photos as well. Loads of love, Uncle andrewxxx |
| 14th July 2006 Gareth Neville | ...step into my office would you - From: Same Same, But Different another quality read my boy. I've been thinking about this and I think when you get home you should put all of these blogs together into a travel guide/book. Now, as you know, I've been in the publishing business for sometime now so would be more than happy to help you out, not to mention my sales experience that I am sure would come in very helpful. I'm thinking 25%, quite competitive really!! :-) All's good back here, it's my last week at work after the weekend, then following the yellow brick road to make my fortune! Had a bit of a sesh on tuesday, Ellie, Duncan, Lucy, Knowlsey, Tank and Glen all came up to the hut for a few bottles, we all managed to keep our clothes on, unlike the weekend. had shane, lucy, sally and me back at mine doing tequila drinking games that left shane and I completely bare-bum naked! ..........am I turning into a naturist? Hope not!! Getting my tattoo soon, next weekend I think! | 14th July 2006 mum | - From: Goodnight Cambodia, Good Morning Vietnam! Pete, it all looks so interesting, I was there WITH you while reading it! I know what you mean about the TV aerials, it was just the same when we drove around N.Africa, into the remotest poorest settlements... There, all anyone wanted from us were 'biro' pens, or sunglasses. We said if we ever went back we'd buy a cheap box of both for 'distribution'! You'd be certain of friends for life!Is it the same there or is there some other 'most desirable wannahave'? Bells gone(8:45 and school's starting...)strange how time churns on whereever you are in the world! so must go and begin the day. Loads of love - mumxxxxx |

| 10th July 2006 mum | - From: A Cultural Tour of Phnom Penh It's taking me ages to read through all these - it's great! I love the curly long bits they stick on the end corners of all the roofs. It's all so completely different to our architecture. lots of love (-got to go, I've got another blog to read!!!)xxxxxxxxx |
| 10th July 2006 mum | no comment - From: Quite an Eye Opener There's really nothing I want to say, but I'm glad you've seen it. I had all the same feelings as a young person finding out in detail for the first time about the horrors of the holocaust. People need to know what human beings can be capable of. |
| 10th July 2006 mum | it's good to laugh - From: Hello from Phnom Penh! dear Pete, not having heard from you for a while-suddenly there's LOADS of news! It's really great to read it. The moped cargoes made me laugh outloud, so had to share it with some of the other staff. Must move on to next blog... mumxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
| 10th July 2006 mum | weird and wonderful (not YOU) - From: Ponchos, Pickpockets and a Prized International Treasure Those pictures are absolutely incredible. It looks like some other world... I'm amazed. Sadly they won't all print off for some strange reason. xxxxxx |
| 10th July 2006 mum | bumpy buses-red roads - From: The Legendary Bangkok > Siem Reap Bus Scam So in the end, and weighing it all up - you wouldn't have tried to travel by any other means... I suppose you can't escape from what you are at the end of the day - still a kind of tourist, and you can't expect not to have to let SOMEONE make some profit out of you! You're all looking good, healthy happy and handsome! (and pretty-Celia!) So good to read the blog, interesting and amusing as always lots of lovexxxxxxxx |
| 10th July 2006 Charlie | WOW - From: Heeeeeere's Johnny!!!!!! | 10th July 2006 A.Jane & U.David | Stopped in our tracks! - From: Heeeeeere's Johnny!!!!!! Dear Pete, logged on to do boring daily tasks and your blogs popped up. Well, you really told the story well of the suffering and pointlessness of it all. All the pictures are tinged with sadness and have an emptiness which I guess will always be there. Perhaps though it all looks more hopeful when the sun shines. We have had a fun and boozy weekend at the Henley Festival, dancing like loonies to Status Quo last night in our DJ's and posh frocks! Ask mum about how many buckets she managed to consume!!!!!! Spoke to your dad, he sounded very chirpy and is now back home, thank goodness. Do continue to take care, so glad you didn't jump the river. Lots of love to you both. D & J xxxxxx |
| 9th July 2006 elly | - From: Ponchos, Pickpockets and a Prized International Treasure That photo of celia in that window is brilliant. The whole place looks amazing! WOW! xxxx |
| 9th July 2006 Lee Barker | Golem On The Rocks - From: Ponchos, Pickpockets and a Prized International Treasure Those Temples are defiantly my kind of thing. I could probably spend a week scampering around the rocks just like Golem, with a digital camera in my hand of course. A squad of glamour girls would be the only other must. I think then I would be truly happy. |
| 8th July 2006 Lee Barker | Discomfort - From: The Legendary Bangkok > Siem Reap Bus Scam Your journey seemed awful but just cannot compare to the suffering, anxiety and total discomfort of enduring the five England matches. If you indeed saw those games as well, then you truly have my sympathy. Lee Barker, English but not proud. |
| 8th July 2006 Plumb | fresh breakdance - From: The Legendary Bangkok > Siem Reap Bus Scam Hello Pete Please grow a boogie nights tash dog!!!! |
| 8th July 2006 elly | - From: The Legendary Bangkok > Siem Reap Bus Scam Oh my god you look like some gay American commando in that picture!! Haha! it's becoming quite a theme. Is the the next get up the builder or the sailor??! You're both looking well though which is always a good thing! The whole bus thing sounds to me like a complete laugh. Can't wait to have my turn at it... Love and hugs, eL* xxxxxxxxx |

| 17th June 2006 eL* | - From: So Long Khao San Hey, I don't care what anyone else thinks. I LOVE THE BEARD. Keep it. Everyone will definately think you're israeli now... Football is good. We are shit as usual. Argentina are going to win without a doubt - but what would you care anyway!! Miss ya bruv, eL*xxx |
| 17th June 2006 Rocko 'Stud F**k' D'Silva | Many apologies!!! - From: So Long Khao San Hello geezer! It's your old pal from BDW. Sorry about taking so long to contact ya, I have no excuses, I've just been lame. I've been very impressed with your travel journal. So much so, I've appointed myself as your Agent. Your job at Lonely Planet starts the first Monday you get back. Hahaaa! The World Cup has gripped the nation and everyone is very concerned about Rooney's foot. Only slightly less worried than we are about yours. Has that healed yet mate??? Because my sister has been reading your travel blogs, she has some wise words of wisdom to impart following her travels around Thailand. Get medical attention on any proper cuts or scrapes because they can turn uuuuugly! My sister had a problem with her foot which only really healed after she got some antibiotics. Believe it or not, they have Boots pharmacies in Thailand. Check that place son!! Anyhoo, enough of that shite, I'll leave the caring and sharing stuff to your mum (hi Pete's mum!), let's get to the real exciting shit. As I mentioned to you before you left, Lucy and I will be in Sydney from 19th October until 25th. It would be wicked if we could meet up with you and your cousin at some point. As for your handlebar moustache. Geeze!!! That look, coupled with your self appointed porn name Pete 'The Girth' Townshend, is surely gonna give peeps the wrong impression. Hahaa! Here's me thinking that you wanted to get laid on holiday. Since my company was taken over by a much larger broker in January this year, things have started to settle down after the initial panic of people's job security. The most recent upshot is that my talents have finally been recognised by our new overlords. They have made me a member of the Sports and Social Team. Hahaa! Basically, if any parties or events are going down, I'm the one orchestrating things from the Colchester office. Our first Beer Fest in London was wicked. I definitely made a name for myself that night. The next morning I regretted some of my drunken actions but, what the hey, that's what parties are all about. Hopefully a promotion is in the pipeline. Lucy and I are still going strong. We are seriously saving up for a house at the moment, which means that we are going out a bit less. Mind you when we do go out we tend to get really slaughtered. Something you're pretty used to now. The rest of the family are cool. Ryan (my sister's boyfriend) and I went quad biking in Kent the other weekend. It was blistering hot but still muddy as f**k in the woods. The best bit was trying the wind up the dick head instructor. He couldn't understand that all we wanted to do was rag the bollocks out of them and cause proper carnage. Our aim was to see him crack. Now I've started to write this I could go on for hours, but I won't. You've probably got better things to do than sit in front of a computer, such as learn the words to YMCA. Hahaa! Keep up the journals, they provide me with a welcome relief from the world of insurance. Good luck for your travels to Cambodia and Vietnam. Laters rude bwoy!! R |
| 15th June 2006 Big G | diggin' the facial hair Digby!! - From: So Long Khao San "young men, there's a place you can go!" lovin' the YMCA bugger grips dude!, which one are you?, the cowboy or the indian? I can't work out whether you look like a san-fancisco turd burglar or a young Lemmy from Motorhead!! That poor Celia, does she know the danger she is putting herself into??!! Not much to report on since last weekend really matey, it's thursday today, England are playing Trinidad & Tobago later on (5pm), I'm planning to run next door to the Marquis and watch it. Spoke to Ali last night, it's his 25th on Friday, it's a bummer cos not only is it Ali's birthday and Emily's leaving drinks, but the New Town Kings are also playing at the SteamBoat all on friday!! I'll be out for Emily's drinks and try and steal some time for a couple of pints with Ali at somepoint through the night Had another interview in the city yesterday, think it went well, I'll find out monday. Don't wanna get too excited about it yet though. Anyway, better go, going to get my hair cut now, my hair dressers lovely, think she's married though, oh well. Speak to you soon brother, peace and love |
| 15th June 2006 mum | God help your liver - From: So Long Khao San Dear Pete, I'm seriously worried about your level of spirit consumpton! Slow down!! - if only for Celia's benefit...nasty whiffs and rude noises...(Good luck Celia) Mind you, looking at the 'stall food' that's probably as much to blame as the booze! Are you eating fruit and veg.? Don't want to be rude BUT your gay handlebars are, well , just too gay. Yuk. Please all take care of yourselves in Cambodia, will look forward to haring from you as soon as it's possible. From mum with loads of lovexx |
| 12th June 2006 Gareth | Summers here - From: From Paradise to Pandemonium in 16 Hours ha ha, that's soooo funny, I can totally see that Israeli thing, I'm gutted that I'd never noticed it before, think of the fun I could have had with that!! What did I tell you about Patpong??!! I thought you'd like it there, I can remember when I was there, as soon as I sat down in one of the bars I had a banana shot at me, I was going to eat it but then I looked up and saw where it had come from!! Remember to keep one hand on your wallet in those places though dude, whilst you've got two hands on the titties, they're reaching round and lifting your money! Pete man, that cigarette story!!, I felt for you, I can imagine how you must of been feeling!!, good job with the blagging though mate, I'm proud of you, that's your salesman background coming through!! All has been ok back here in blighty, the weather is totally kicking arse, blazing squad most days, way too hot to work, (sitting in my office in a suite with both, yes both, testicles stuck firmly to the side of the leg and a nice gathtering of moisture under the armpits and arse-crack!! mmmmm, nice!!!) Did you get to see the game? England were terrible, but at least we won, I'm not even going to go into detail as you know as well as I do that my football knowledge is terrible, I went along to watch it cos its a good excuse to get drunk and shout and sing. We all ended up in Yates watching it, quite a big crowd of us, then onto the hogs head for the rest of the evening........very messy, i was eventually dragged home by sally and bridie, I wanted to stay out and play but think I was a little worse for wear! My dad keeps on telling me to say hi to you, so does my mum, I keep forgetting, so, hello from both of them, they send their love. Glen and Tank have gone off now on their month round Europe, Emily's off again soon so we're having a night out in Curve for her on Friday. Not really got many stories for you this time matey, had a few quiet weekends due to being rather skint, I'll try and get out and cause some mayhem for you so that the next message is more exciting. I bought and poured a beer out for you on saturday in the hogs head, we were all sat out the back, the nayland boys, colchester boys, all the band, thought you should be there so poured a lager out in your name, think people though I was a bit of a strange one!!, come to think of it, what a waste!! Anyway, gonna go for lunch now. Take care pedo. Gareth |
| 12th June 2006 Mum | Missing You - From: From Paradise to Pandemonium in 16 Hours Its so good to read the travelblog! Well, especially for a mum (all mums worry...) only a few years ago gap year (etc.) mums just HAD to worry, not hearing from offspring for weeks on end... Apart from the reassurance aspect, its so interesting and exciting, almost like sharing it with you. (I stress the ALMOST - not too sure I'd want to be doing ping pong and ladyboy things...!) Be careful of that foot in the heat - it will swell. Put it up when you can. Home is lovely now...garden's really beautiful, sun's shining( VERY hot & sultry right now)outside just been painted by Brian, I've just decorated my bedroom-pink roses!! and got new carpet. Hope you don't mind but I've gotta get rid of the lime green in your shower room - mind you, after your derogatory comments in blog I'm assuming you're BATHING not showering when you return home!!!Counting days til Summer holiday. (Oh - bloody MOLES are back. )Missing you, love you Mumx |

| 10th June 2006 Uncle David | Interesting? - From: From Paradise to Pandemonium in 16 Hours Hi Pete, or Israeli Pete, sounds like you're having a great time. In the street drinking picture I guess your lady was the blonde? The ping pong bar, how did they blow out the candles? (Jane asked!!!!!) Take care of yourself apparently Vietnam is fantastic, friends have just come back, mind you, their travel budget was a little different. All the best,David xxxxxxxxxx (from A.Jane) |

| 3rd June 2006 mum | Family day (sans Pete & James) - From: Paradise Island Great fun seeing mum (granny to you) typing on the laptop! (took her quite a time to write that!!) Grandad wanted to send you a message - but dictated it to me! Had a great day, God was kind and decided to make it sunny, so we were all outside, including Nana and Grandma, the babes, et al. Now they've all gone and I've just finished clearing up. Missed you, wasn't quite the same without you.(maybe because there were no baked beans...!) Love you - Mum xxx |
| 3rd June 2006 Granny | - From: Paradise Island Dear Peter and JAMES so glad you are well and happy I love you best EFTO!love granny xxxx |
| 3rd June 2006 Grandad | Hi - From: Paradise Island It seems your getting a good feel of the place and taking in all the local atmosphere I must admit I rather envy you, although I don't think I'd have the staying power to hang in there. Nevertheless I enjoy hearing what you're up to, so keep the news coming and I'll just have to use my imagination. Lots of love, look after yourself - don't do anything I wouldn't - which gives you plenty of scope! Grandad. |
| 3rd June 2006 Orlaith | - From: Paradise Island Alrite Pete, wow the pics look amazing..reckon you're puttin me to shame coz i didnt return from phi phi with photo's like that-didnt even make it to Maya Bay..oh well thats what being Irish and generally drunk does to you!! not sure when your leaving for cambodia but trust me you've got so much to look forward to, i loved it there, beautiful scenery, really cool people and a nite life to rival even bucket-fueled kho phangnan!! really, anything goes there its so much fun! make sure to hop on the back of a moto pissed drunk and intoxicated with any other substances that tickle your fancy and just buzz around the city for a while..doesn't get much better than that! and try to beat our tuk tuk record if you dare-thats 11 people in the one tuk tuk-there were people on the roof, hanging out the sides, from the back, dont know how we did it but we did...reckon we would have been quicker walking but wheres the fun in that?!! i think our driver made about a months wages from that one journey! if you wana get off the beaten track for a bit id def recommend that you go to prasat preah vihear. its a temple built at the top of a mountain on the border between thai and cambodia-absolutely breathtaking views, you can see across cambodia, thailand, and laos from there. even getting there is an adventure in itself, i got a pickup truck from siem reap to anlong veng(the town nearest it), very funny stuff altogether-me in the front and about 40 cambodians piled into the back all staring, smiling, taking photos of me and trying to talk to me in cambodian! i was the only tourist in the town and practically no one there could speak english so it was a bit daunting but i managed..so long as your not paranoid about people literally stopping dead in their tracks to stare at you you'l be alrite!! you can hire a moto driver from there to drive you up into the mountains where theres beautiful views aswell, and to drive you to the temple-it takes about 2 hours, then when you get to the base of the mountain you've to hire a specialised moto to bring you up the mountain "road". i cant even begin to describe how bad and steep this road is-kho phangnan has nothing on it! u can imagine how scared i was after the fall, especially coming back down but it was all good, these drivers know what they're at. i managed to stumble upon i think one of the only guys in the town that could speak english. he works in a restaurant that has a sign outside saying 'music restaurant' so hel help you find a moto etc. shit this has turned into an essay hope im not rambling too much but reckon you wanted some advice for cambodia. im in vietnam now, going touring the countryside tomorrow on a motorbike with this easy rider tour guide..sounds pretty shit cool to me! anyway i gots to go now cos this cafe is closing an im the only idiot left here typing, looking forward to hearing bout your cambodia experiences, be good, have fun... xxx |
| 1st June 2006 Rosie, Hannah & Josh | Hello Uncle Pete & Uncle James - From: Paradise Island Hello Uncle Pete i would like to tell you about my yoyo ive got. I can now swing it up and down! Ive got a fish tank and have bought four fish today and I have called one Uncle Pete after you. We are round Granny's at the minute. bcccccccccccc7787hnayreqaz - Hannah typed that all by herself! Hope youre ok Pete miss you lots. We are all ok just got back from a 5 day break with Aunty Jane had a superb time. Spent a night in London with Claire which was brilliant - drank far too much wine! Cant beleive how beautiful it is where you are and how blue the sea is. Sounds like youve met sum lovely people as well. Must go and put the kids to bed. Love you lots and lots Big Sis x x Josh is sitting up by himself now and can roll across the room. He is very cheeky and blows raspberrys at you if he doesnt like something. He has great delight in pulling his sisters hair which causes chaos every time! He sends a big kiss x x ccccctttttwwwwwwxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - message from Hannah x |
| 31st May 2006 Auntie Jane | Fantastic and Beautiful - From: Paradise Island Fully understand your need to rant on about the way the western influence can spoil it all. Just glad you have experienced the real thing along with the tourist version! The approach to Maya Bay from the sea looks fantastic. Great that you got the place to yourselves! These buckets you talk about, I presume are full of some alcoholic mix but can you choose the ingredients? You both look very fit and healthy, I am surprised! Rosie came to stay with Hannah and Josh the last 4 days, it was lovely, they are both so gorgeous and noisy! Lots of love, A.Jane x |
| 31st May 2006 mum | - From: Paradise Island Well I can't complain about lack of scenic pics this time!...it all looks so beautiful. So glad you actually DID it Pete - all those months of working, dreaming and saving - was it worth it? Still like WINTER again here (half-term, my hol.) north wind (icy cold) and rain. Think of us as you soak up the rays... birds nest soup sounds delish, unfortunatey (luckily!) not readily available in Colchester. Thanks for the pin-up of the pants model - but (though I'm sure he's a nice bloke...) he's got NOTHING on you!!!!Both you and James look great in that photo! Having a 'family day' on Sat. so I'm going to set up the laptop on your blog, then Nana and Grandma, and Granny and Grandad etc. can all have a read and see the photos! What I'll then do is start another reply to you and try to get them all to type a little bit (quite good for Nana - being deaf - very visual...just think, she's 100 - when she was young it was horses and carriages... the progress in technology is quite mind-boggling). So we'll all be thinking of you. Really growing to like computers after all, it's so nice to be in contact like this. Love you very much, mumxxxxx |
| 30th May 2006 George 'There's a Ferret...' Downing | Awesome. - From: Paradise Island Alright Pete, spoke to Ryan and Paul in the last week or two and was told of your epic beer-swilling thai-boxing adventures so thought I'd track down your blog. Just read through the lot - Sounds/looks like an unforgetable experience! When I last saw you I was off to Arctic Norway for 6 months... Hmmm, somehow think I got the short straw! lol (Here's a link to a few pics I took - just a tad chillier there. ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/44846486@N00/sets/1277704/show/ ) Pass on an 'alright mate' to James aswell, haven't seen him in years though fondly remember messy all nighters in Ipswich of a Friday night with him and Chewit. Keep up with the scribblings/photography, I've never really seen much of this blog business before but this is awesome - looking forward to the next installment... Take it easy, George |
| 30th May 2006 Uncle James | Oh, and please tell James.... - From: Paradise Island I keep trying to subscribe to his 'friend' thing, but for some reason I keep having probs. have him email me at james@jjharding.com sometime... |
| 30th May 2006 Uncle James | Mmmmmmmm - From: Paradise Island That one beach looks AMAAAAAZIIIING. I can feel a Shirley Valentine coming on... (ask yer mum) |
| 30th May 2006 gareth neville | wheres the sun - From: Paradise Island hey Pete. Lucky you didn't get caught up in that eathquake that hit Java! Thanks for the pics mate, just what I want to see after a rainy bank holiday! It was the may fair yesterday, the New Town Kings played a blinder, they where the only band to hold off the rain! I heard on the radio this morning that summer is finally coming, the weekend is supposed to be a scorcher, well, lets hope so anyway! take care mate, I'll send you an email with more detail about whats been going on. |

| 29th May 2006 Lee Barker | Yeah, whatever! - From: Paradise Island Locations all right but just cannot compare to the panoramic views of the Asda industrial estate from my flat, sorry nice try. |
| 26th May 2006 Stuart | - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! Hello mate, Sorry i have not replied earlier, but been busy, im glad you are having a great time, wish i was there with you. Im still working hard at the prison keeping this country save from criminals. Stay out there as long as you can, because it look fab over there Take care Stuart Grant |
| 25th May 2006 Auntie Jane | Ctreature Comforts - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! Dear Pete, so glad to be getting the full experience from your interesting notes. Don't think this kind of travel experience would suit me in quite the way you are managing! I was sick going accross to Morrocco from Spain, that was only 40 mins, I would have been dead after 8 hours. I'm surprised you can remember so much detail, considering! Are you going to ride an elephant? Claire said that was something she wouldn't have missed for anything. Take care, love to James, A.Jane x |
| 24th May 2006 mummy | Thank-you - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! Thank-you for the pics! Is it called Shark Bay for the obvious reason? - in which case add that to the DONT list! (swim there I mean) along with the 'don't drink the water' and 'don't ride scooters' (especially now I've seen the state of the roads...) Krabi looks very beautiful, and so do the flowers - bourgainvillea? I was surprised by the bungalow, it looks really neat and clean and comfortable. A bit like a Wendy House actually... Interesting about the coconut collecting monkey, (I bet he wishes he was in the zoo) I don't feel so bad about our lousy weather, seeing your photo of the stormy sky.. its been like that here for days now. You made me laugh about the night boat, and the dollops/ scallops/ meatballs. This blog will make a great travel article for when you get back - sell it to one of the Sunday papers or something - bit of money? Congratulations to you both on the advanced diving. Please take care, hug yourself and Jamie for me (he won't mind!) mum xxxxxx |
| 24th May 2006 john doe | - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! righty doghtey matey blokey slap ol' salty sea dog amigo. |
| 24th May 2006 Simon | - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! Good to see you took the upgrade on the boat - luxury! And is that air con in the bungalow? Brilliant blogs Pete, look forward to each update and exploit. Now if I was a betting man, I reckon there will be a photo of you demonstrating all your boxing moves in the next competition? Stay safe and enjoy. Simon |
| 24th May 2006 Nat | - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! Nice one Pete, sounds like you are having an excellent time. Chris and I fly to Thailand 29th Sept, maybe catch up with you before you head off to Oz. x |
| 23rd May 2006 Lee Barker | Almost Jealous - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! Its really great knowing what your up to Pete. I just wish you would enter one of those boxing competitions to show‘em how to fight. Remember to do some wind milling in, and if you’ve got a set of car keys in your hand, make them count. The scenic pics are nice but I want to see some beautiful Thai birds all over you, then I would be really jealous as the hard life jibe about shorts and flip flop didn’t have an effect. Keep it up dude! Lee Barkshite! |
| 23rd May 2006 anonymous | - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! hey pedro, the diving sounds amazing my friend, I can only imagine what it must be like, I kind of get an idea from the snorkeling I did in the carribean when I was working on the ship, however, only my face was under water then, not my whole body, swimming around at the bottom of the ocean as it is with you. Your night boat sounds cozy, reckon you slept with one eye open that night, hey mate! ha ha Things are good back here, you're right about the weather, the sun has been trying it's hardest to shine but those big british clouds keep winning the fight and blocking it out. I'ts tuesday evening, I've just been for the weekly the swim, bet you didn't think I'd be keeping it up now that you've gone did ya?! I must admit that it's not as much fun on my own though dude, however, it is nicer not to have to worry about you farting in the water infront of me! Had my sunbed this afternoon too, gotta keep that tan topped up (god I'm a homo!). What can I tell you about what been going on? The usual really mate, was out at the weekend with hippy and knowlsey in the hogs head and twisters, ended up getting blind drunk and taking a young lady back to my fuck-hut for a night of passion (you know who she is, don't wanna say on here though, I'll email you, pretty random though dude). Was out on the saturday with the usual suspects, nayland boys, el, duncan, rosie and emily. Rosie mentioned that she had spoken to you on the phone and passed on your message, and yes, I love and miss you too! Got to do my presentation to Music Week on friday, i'm slightly bricking it as it's a job that I really want. I've got a second with Archant and a first with the Telegraph too, all on friday. My consultant phoned me this afternoon and said that Archant already want to offer me the position. I'm keeping my options open though, I wanna be in a position where I can pick and choose. Music Week is at Blackfriars, Archant is Kings Road (chelsea) and Telegraph is Canary Wharf. It's a bank holiday weekend coming up, I'm hoping the sun's going to have his hat on so we can play in the park, it's also the wivenhoe may fair on the monday so might pop down there and laugh at the acid-taking-soap-dodgers! I tell you what mate, you're soooo lucky to be all the way out there, Colchester is looking more chavvy than ever, because of the world cup, everyone has already started displaying the st george cross on their cars, houses, hats, t-shirts, bars, chests, arse, head, you name it its there!! Anway, I'm hoing to sign of now buddy, should really do some work on my presentation. Keep having fun and keep the blogs and the pics coming. Much love to you old boy!! | 23rd May 2006 Uncle James | This is awesome - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! If only they had these internet blog things when I was travelling around the world drinking, smoking, snorting class-A narcotics, fighting and shagging the ladies. Then again, I'd probably have been censored!! That's OK, I'll just re-live it all through you!!! Love you loads - stay safe and somewhat sensible. From your punk rock uncle... U JAMES |
| 23rd May 2006 Elly | - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! Well done on doing your diving thing. Sounds amazing. That phosphorescence stuff sounds cool. In fact we had a party on Frinton beach once and there was loads of that washing up on the shore. Just lots of little, green, glows that disappear again within seconds. I thought I was just a bit wrecked... You're never gonna get a rest from partying. But I wouldn't expect it from you two anyway!! Enjoy it whilst you've got the freedom and time to do it... Did you take an underwater camera? If not, you should get one for next time. Take it easy, eL*xxxxxx |
| 23rd May 2006 Charlie | NOT FAIR!! - From: More diving, more drinking and some landscape pics for mummy! I'm so jealous, what an amazing time you are having and you look great hun! Life here is raining and busy as usual...keep letting us know how your getting on! Take Care, luv Charlie x |
| 21st May 2006 Iris | Your Literary Column - From: 2 Weeks of Self Destruction Very entertaining and you write well Peter. Lunch at the Angel with your mum today - too wet for garden visits. Northern Thailand very beautiful. More temples than buckets, but I'm sure you'll find both where ever you go!! Keep having fun |
| 18th May 2006 gareth neville | thats my boy - From: 2 Weeks of Self Destruction hello my darling boy, gosh, sounds like you are having a super fun time, one is incredibly jealous of your exploits. Tan's coming along nicely innit mate!, you'll soon be as brown as my spray-tanned frame! Good to hear that you've managed to keep up the kick-boxing dude, be careful with those thai dudes though man, I've seen them fight, they're like whippets!! You missed a cool party round my gaff last weekend, had a few of the AOH crowd round my place for a night of Tequila after the Silk Road, we all got drunk and shed our clothes and partied in our undercrackers! We were a little bit too noisy though and the other flats called the police, we got told to get dressed and turn down the music. Barrrr humbug!! have been in London the past few days tring to seek my fortune, it's been going quite well, I've got to go back to a few places and present to them. I'll send you an email when I've got 5 mins and fill you in properly. Love you dude and missing our drunken antics, keep representing out there pedro. peace and love x |
| 17th May 2006 Spencer | - From: 2 Weeks of Self Destruction Good to hear your having a great time out there, stay away from too many of those crazy cocktail jugs, or your end up in the ground. i remember ali contemplating getting in the ring with a thai after a couple. The photos are funny and your looking fighting fit despite your self destruction, but shit, thats what its all about on full moon island. your last e_mail got me in the mood for a trip myself so i booked a couple of weeks in Morrocco, started in Marrakesh and worked my way down to Zagora; hot as hell, the gate way to the Sahara. The people are really friendly, bar the odd few, as anywhere; and theres no drinking, which makes a change. Lots of drinking mint tea, playing cards, and smoking the best natural hashish in the world. Does me fine. I can;t remember if you said you were' going up north to Chang Mai etc, but i highly recommend it. Everythings even cheaper and theres alot to do, jungle treks, staying with tribes, trips on the mopeds etc. It was personally my favourite part, not so many cliche travellers but more than enough to have a good crac with. Anyway this typing on arab letters with tiny english ones in the corner is doing my nut in. Keep me informed bud. And remember the secret; Keep moving cos theres alot to see and alot of people to meet. Peace. Spencer. |
| 16th May 2006 mum | Time to move on - From: 2 Weeks of Self Destruction So good to hear from you. All sounds great fun. Bizarre that there's so many people from your own stamping ground out there! but nice to see you've got friendly with lots of locals too. I definitely think its time to move on though, as you said - if only for your liver's sake... Enjoy the diving (by the way your PADI'card' has arrived at home)All the photos are great - but lets have some SCENERY next!!!(although its nice to see the people you're with too...) Don't know what all these buckets are about - is it something to do with lack of plumbing when you're drinking all that beer. Keep e-mailing I love you, your mummyxxxxxx |

You both look very happy, and tanned - doesn't look like sunburn now...I'm confused about full-moon and black-moon parties... but I suppose its not that important what they're called, is it? Weather here is on the up, but no comparison to your sunlight hours, just wondering... who applied the antiseptic cream to orlaith's chest??? Have fun, take care, love to James, always thinking of you, mummxxxxx |

| 5th May 2006 U. Andrew | - From: Diving, Drinking and Limping Well it all sounds horrible. Only one bit of advice - Don't hire fucking mopeds - easiest thing in the world to have an accident on and it could ruin your trip. Otherwise, sounds like you're getting it about right.xxx |
