Amsterdam is different!
You have to be careful in Amsterdam, but wait until you see the Van Gogh museum and try to get to Anne Frank's house. I really love that city because it is so different...lots of drugs etc. and around the train station is especially bad...keep having fun...can hardly wait to talk to you about all these wonderful places...love you...Gram

Travel
This week must be the week of travel, I was in Flagstaff for Arizona Boy's State, mom and dad are in Nashville, and you traveled to another different country. You'll get used to the altitude, after a week at 7000 ft, I was fine. It is ironic though as I am reading Frankenstein and Victor Frankenstein is from Geneva and keeps talking about the beautiful Swiss landscape. Have fun, big bro.

Nutella
I will get you some nutella...they sell it here and usually have it on buffets in Europe..a kid that was here from Germany visiting some of our friends (he was a relative of some sort) won't eat anything else...keep on having fun...love you , Gram

Hey #1 Grandson. I am so glad that you are having a great time! Hope that little bit of money we sent will help somewhat. I learned that you don't change money on the street. Best to go to a bank...better rate of exchange. I am so sad to hear about Dottie, but glad to know that she will be o.k. I love you and enjoyed all so far...anxious to read about the rest of the trip...Pop and I hate to leave europe when we are there...love you! Gram

Don't eat
Just don't eat anything described as the quinto cuarto(fifth quarter), it is all the random bits of meat that we don't usually eat in America, like sweetmeats, intestines, etc. as Rome was the butcher capital of Italy. Glad you are enjoying yourself, bro. School ended today, finally a senior, one more year. If you see any random historical stuff just think of me, since hopefully I am going to try to study abroad in Italy in college(considering I want to major in History with a focus on Rome) Have fun!
