warm here Can't believe that you are getting near the end - where does the time go? I've been following your blogs, what a great trip you've had. Hope you enjoy NY.
Just checked the weather forecast and it's 11 degrees in New York at the moment - we're due for 26 degrees here today!
The holster Great Blog, great reading what you pair are upto. Love the photos but one did scare Regina and me and it definately looks like your wearing your phone holster on the beach at manly. Well done on the tan Sars
Freo typo Guys, a bit of 'teacher edit' required here:
Fremantle not Freemantle/free mantle,
or as we locals say Freo.
You must have worked out by now that everything gets either shortened (Fremantle becomes Freo) or lengthened (Smith becomes Smithy).
Our grasp of the English language is very Australian.
Enjoying the updates, still waiting to see what you've been up to since leaving Perth though.
Come on Paul, get to work on the blog!!! (Sorry Sarah)
Hostess notes Guys, it was so good having you over here.
Thank you again for coming to visit.
After you left in the taxi I had a few tears and then all the next day too.
Having such great friends over reminds me of what I am missing.
My heart just melts at how Isobel took such a shine to you both.
I brought her up to look at the blog today and she giggled when we got to your photo.
She slept ALOT today, you tired her out so.
Well I shall go and look forward to your antics to come.
Love you
I'm sure it wasn't the footie that felt different as it was another dismal performance by the boys!!
Well I hope you guys have a great time, and forget everything which you've left behind including your responsibilities. I will be glued to your blog which if done properly will include lots of piccys, amusing stories and interesting commentary, at least enough to prevent me from dying of boredom at work. Love to you both xx
After redundancy in 2006 (Sars) and the need for a new challenge in 2007 (PJ) we've decided to head down under...
On Wednesday 7 February we headed off to Australia, New Zealand and the USA to see some sights and catch-up with some friends.
Hopefully this will give our family, friends, work colleagues and others a taster of what we get up to and will save us from boring you to death on our return!... full info
