WTF? I thought you were in town! Duh. I am so stupid I forgot you jokers were going to be in Peru this week. All I can say is im glad its you and not me. As beautiful as it looks i can read between the lines. Luckily Jeff has his very own tour guide. I swear everyone else in the world is hospitable. Oh well, you'll have your turn in Thailand soon. Ha. Give me a buzz when you get back.
P.S. I even called lisa thinking she had stabbed you in your sleep.
Have fun and you know I would eat that crap with you bro!!! Safe travels and catch you on the flip side.
dvoretz@comcast.net Brett...stop .....don't eat that....or anything else in that country! Save yourself. How do they serve pigs colon anyway? Now to cousin Ronnie...remember cousin Gail? Write or call her!!!!! Brett those pictures are absolutely beautiful. We loved looking at them. It ain't so pretty in NY but the food is really good here. We are leaving here on Wednesday morning. The train ride was so much fun. I can't wait to read more of your adventure. Be safe and have fun but stop eating that stuff!! Love Mom
Like a softball filled with nails... Cousin Ronnie is of the FIRM opinion that if G-d meant us to eat the things you persist in stuffing into your mouth in the name of some sort of confused idea that traveling means you have GOT to try this dried pigs colon on a stick than G-d would have put a crap-on-a-stick restaurant right next door to Applebys.
As I try to pass along in my usually gentle fashion, people eat that crap because they have too - you think there is ANYBODY alive who wouldn't trade a cold gerbil for a Pastrami on Rye?
Anyway, doesn't it PISS YOU OFF that they charge different prices for locals? It happens in a lot of places, but doesn't ever make me feel anything but disdain.
That is a LOT of money!

WOW HEY!! GLAD YOU ARE FINE . OF COURSE YOUR MOM WAS WORRIED. WE ARE STILL IN NEW YORK HAVING A GOOD TIME. IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR ARE HAVING ANOTHER GREAT ADVENTURE!!! BE SAFE!! HAVE FUN!! LOVE,AUNT LANNIE:):):)

Glad to finally see something! Great pictures Brett! I was glad to see you go to a nice hotel.. It must have been great. It sounds like you had a fun night and now on to more exploration. Aunt Lannie and I are on to exploring NY today. We miss you. Have more fun for us.
Love Mom and Aunt Lannie
Guys wit guns... I LOVE those bodyguards...but they seem expensive to me...around here, they can be had for about US$100 a MONTH.
Also, the chances that the guy with the shotgun actually has like shells is maybe 8 to 5 against?
What is GREAT is that you are experiencing first hand how rich the rich are and how miserably poor the rest are...
So shave already... It don't take long to reach the I-ain't-never-shaving-again stage, huh?
Always made me itch.
Based on that lovely plate of mystery food, you continue to be the world champion eater of anything...boy, I wanna see you in China or India!
Now THAT'S funny! Ah, such wonderful travelers you be - except the concept of CHECKING THE WEATHER WHERE YOU ARE GOING BEFORE YOU GO THERE didn't enter into all the calculations...LOL
Plus I see you still persist in eating anything anywhere anytime.
Still, you always seem to be having such a good time - you go right ahead and eat those catepillar intestines and don't listen to a old guy like me!
Ain't nothin like a chicken bus Just the words chicken bus are enough to make me smile - and more than enough to know the exhiliaration you feel...you are a lucky man!
What about me? Dear Brett,
Those are great pictures. What a different world we live in. Just in case you are interested we once fit 6 people into a Volkswagon or was it 7? I don't want a skeleton but I did ask for coffee toooooo. What about me? Can you mail it home? Great looking food and are you finding any good recipes to bring home and try out? Remember to talk business and find new recipes. Will explain when you get home. Be safe and continue to have fun for all of us chickens at home!!!!!
Love Mom and Larry
Hysterical 1-7! Dear Brett and Warner,
I don't know why it is winter their either..go figure. I think it has something to do with location...right? Just kidding. You would think that they would have the same weather as us. I will learn more when I go home. This sounds like another great adventure. The title should read " Brett and Warners excellent adventure "or maybe " Warner and Bretts excellent adventure". I can't wait to see the pictures. The first pics said a lot about this trip. 1-7 are hysterical and I will remember them always. Keep the stories coming and oh Warner ...write something too would you?
Love Gail (MOM)
Be safe , have fun and see you soon

response I love the places we are visiting. I always do. Guatemala is certainly a beautiful country. You can´t compare a place like Japan to a place like Guatemala. It all depends what you are looking for.
Interesting! Hi honey,
So far it sounds like a very interesting trip. This is the first time I could find a computer. I heard about the earthquake in that city and had Lannie write to you. Thank you for writing back quickly as I had Jon on it too. He said take care of yourself. I am glad to see that you have met "interesting people. They seem to be very nice and helpful. Do you like the places you are visiting? Not as nice as Japan is it? Great coffee is always nice no matter where one goes....right? Bring some home. Can you do that? Anyway , I will try and get to another computer while on this vacation. Be careful and take care. I love you and miss you.

Well, the place with the big cathedral doesnt start with F. Its the city of Cologne and the cathedral is the Kölner Dom, Dome of cologne. Sometime around 1880 as the two towers were completed after 600 years of construction this cathedral used to be the tallest building in the world for a few years
