Born in 1983 to a coloured mom and black dad (I'm South African...) and judging from peoples (any race) reactions to me I got curiouse to find out why. In 1993 I won an Atlas and was shocked to discover I lived in Africa!!! Africa was that place my mom said people where starving and that's why I should finish up my food.
I then decided I will travel Africa (ta-da!) [I have travelled Eastern and SADC regions, but if I ask ANY of the 'rainbow nation' friends I know if they'd like to join me in my Africa experience, the answer is always anyone of : I'd rather save up and go to London, England- do you know where that is Tash?/ Australia/ New Zealand- 'cos its just like cape Town Tash/ Canada (?)

BUT, I have managed to convince 2 people that Africa is pretty cool place and they have agreed to travel with me to Namibia (one of my favorite, almost balanced, African Countries (yay).
