Welcome back... to asia, buddy. Keep an eye out for a location that we can both fly to cheaply and lets meet up somewhere awesome. I find out tomorrow if I'm sticking around here for another year or not. Hopefully you dig your new neighborhood and peeps!
Ben
good to hear from you You have been on my mind. I sent Juanita your book so you should have a residual from that coming. All is well here. It was so good seeing you but I'm happy for you to be on your next adventure. Jeannette is still hoping that you'll gain some weight and she can have your suit. Take Care and Happy School year. your aunt L.
Hey man...thanks for the love...it was great seeing you this summer and looking forward to seeing you around Christmas...take care man and keep up the good energy.
full circle Joe, many of people dare their minds and souls into jumping off the edge of familiarity to swim with the unknown. Most dont....but you my friend are just crazy and comfortable enough to embrace the CALLING--thats what I love about you. Chinua Ichibe once wrote a book titled Things Fall Apart and after reading it I realized time has a funny vortex that seems to defy the body and mind and most things carbon based.
You my friend have been putting things together and I want to encourage you to keep hacking at the puzzle.
much love and we'll see you in September
another adventure in a span of 27 years! Dear Joe(y),
What better gift could we have given you and Annamarie than to introduce you to the world outside of your own town, state and country? Even though I have missed you "terribly" you have shared with Dad and I a part of the world that we have had only a "taste" of! I have loved your blogs! You write from both your heart and your eyes! I will be thrilled to hear of your "new" adventures ahead over the next month! Keep writing , sharing and sending photos! Thanks you for letting us see that part of the world from your perspective! I count myself one the "luckiest" mother's around to have such wonderful children! I love you so much!!! XOXO Mom

Hey! Hey! Mom and I came to visit Grandpa, your parents, and Aunt Jen and Uncle Pat for a week. Its so strange coming to visit now because all of the cousins have grown up and are out of the house. Grandpa wanted to show us your blog and see what you were up to. Sounds like you are having a blast! I would have never pictured you over in Korea teaching english...haha......time has flown. Gosh I could barely recognize you too in your pictures....I just guessed you were the tall one :) Sounds like your having a ton of fun adventures. I am glad that you are enjoying yourself. Do you have a facebook? Well keep in touch. Love you. Laura
P.S. Mom says hi!
you sombitch Hey man! how's life? Hope everything is going well for you! Looks like you done a lot of travelling! I'm jealous! Let me know how you are! I don't know much about myspace, but i'm learning how to send messages.
Why no Travis? You better not have put Don Juan up on the black board and forgotten Travis. Or does the name just not have the same appeal? Great to hear that you've got time and energy to focus on the positives again.
looks like you are having fun there! :) im glad you got a job that is working out great... i like reading your blog posts. makes me think of when i was living abroad back in the day. and great pictures!!! looking forward to hanging with you and ben in asia next year! :)
Life sure is crazy. But, when you are 100 years old sittin' on that porch in the rockin chair exchanging stories with family and friends you will look back at this and know that you didnt have any regrets and you seized the day. We miss you here and maybe we'll see you in Korea sometime soon! :)
hugs!!!!
