Talk about nostalgia! It was very many years ago that we visited Paris (1964!!) but I am reminded of our trip by your reminiscences, especially the night trip that we did down the Seine on the "Bateau Mouche"(sp). We only went up the Eiffel Tower as far as the restaurant. We stayed a couple of blocks from the Opera House.
I am amazed that you are still able to walk after all the walking you have done. What an education for the boys!Pity that Dean wont remember. I am sure that you will be ready for the TLC that you will get in Thailand. Cant wait to see you all. Keep well and be careful - there are so many of our enemies in Paris. All my love Nana
