Haaaaaaa... well another trip around the world! This time to Japan! I cant wait. I am especially happy because i was supposed to go in 2006 for 2 months, but because of zach and having to leave him again, i decided against it.. so.... mayo and i are going from july1st- july12th.. 10 days of pure bliss.. layin on the blue beaches, and enjoying every single minute of it. AhhhH! what a relaxing day! Bev and i slept in, got up, and went for breakfast in our pajamas! It had to have been the best breakfast on this trip! Croissnt with creme inside, fried eggs, ham, and apple juice--cooked to perfection!.. We then went into town to the Calumbo mall to shop! 4 floors! i bought some clothes for work and some new shows, nothing speical. Now we are back here again and in our bungalow! The weather was so much better today! No rain, partly cloudy 68 degrees! We had our all day tour today. Our first tour wasnt all that great. The tour guide spoke so fast i couldnt understand her and we barely had enough time to get off the bus and take pictures. We took a ride over the famous lisbon bridge, passed Fatima. We went to the Bellum Tower, a very nice church, then headed to a coach museum!? So random... we also passed old town lisbon and the monument of discoveries. Yesterday we left our apartment in Spain and went on the look out for the post office. Well, we found it, but it cost me 130$ to send my stuff home.. Thats alright thought, im now 10lb lighter. We then went to the train station to catch our over night train to Portugal. We got lost on our switch over in Madrid but found it in a matter of time. Our overnight train was a hotel on wheels. I cannot beleive how fast the weather has changed in a day! Let alone, how fast our trip has been and how much we have seen. This morning the weather was still chilly so we put on jeans and jackets. We then decided to visit Tossa Del Maar which is on the Costa Brava. It is this little town situated between two mountains. The ride down to the beach was awesome!. My feet are throbbing! Walking all day in flip-flops is not such a great idea!. This morning we accidently slept in, but we got up and headed straight for the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa! The louvre was huge!! It would take at least 3 full days to walk through the entire museum. We went and saw the Egyptian exhibit then went to see the Mona Lisa. Yesterday was so tiring that i honestly had no time to write so i guess i will start from yesterday. We woke up at 5 am to catch our flight for 9am to spain. We took the tram fine but then needed a taxi from there to take us to the airport an hour away. The first taxi driver said 100 euros and then another taxi driver behind us said 90 euros so we obviously went for the 90 euro one lol. Today could not have been done any differently. Since my converter broke, bev and i were on a mission to find a universal converter.. After 3 stores of nothing, we were walking back to our hotel where it hit me right in the face!! I was just about to cry because my camera died, but them remembered how my camera charger was an international one and all i needed was an extender!! I had one of those ! PHEW! Nothing can be worse then traveling to a country where they dont like AMericans or enjoy speaking our language! France!! This morning we woke up bright and early to get to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. We got a quick croissant and orange juice then made our way to our last stop in Amsterdam. The anne freank house was an experience that actually made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. None of the original furniture was there but the thought of being in the Annex was thrilling. Ok... again, where do i start? This morning kicked off at 7am, hungover, on 3 hours of sleep! we left out hostel around 8am, only to find out that the entire city was still in a deep slumber from last nights festivities. We made our way to breakfast and ate eggs and toast before our whole day tour. When we got to where our tour took off, we found our seats on the double decker bus.
