Who's gonna post a comment now your mum's there? I thought I should! Your mum posts comments all the time so I thought I should fill the gap! Not long now till you're home. It's still cold over here so unless you bring a heat wave with you, be prepared for a shock. Can't wait to see you guys. Have a safe journey back. x
Tears ..... Thank you AGAIN for sharing your time away. This entry has been particularly lovely for me as you were in places where I have been recently and love so much.

Euuuk!!!! Couldn't possibly do the Cod Head Extravaganza at 'Minging Palace' (oops, I mean Ming Palace Chinese Restaurant - I think the first name would be better!!). Great Sunsets - we have one too this evening - overlooking Piccadilly Circus - oh no, that's the Coke Advert on the bright lights advertising hoarding. Well, we can dream. Keep Enjoying.... Loving it Hello Nige, Hello Jane, Your honeymoon blogs have been great. I've been choked with envy quite a few times and am living vicariously through your travels while dealing with sleepless nights and juggling two kids (I don't know how your mum managed four kids Nige - she must have been a super-mum). What an amazing honeymoon you're having. When do you get back? Or is that question in poor taste? We're going to be in England from 25May - 8June. Are you back by then? In the meantime, keep those blogs coming. And did I say - you two make a smashing couple. I know you're both going to be really happy together. Much love, Nicola xxx
REMINDERS We were very upset visiting the second world war war museum in Caen and all the war graves, so what it must have been like to experience the Killing Fields I cannot imagine. The exibition in the UN headquarters of the Atom Bomb effects in Japan is pretty horrible too. It is so hard to understand how man can do these things to his fellow men. I think that all young people should visit these sites in the hope that the next generation can learn and not make the same mistakes. I am even upset typing this remembering how we felt on each occasion.
I can also share your observations on the coach loads at the special world sites, which tend to spoil the wonder of them. Like you we have gone to great efforts to avoid them and find corners which they do not visit.
Great pictures again - I like the one of you climbing up on all fours and was intreagued how you looked in reverse.
Love Dad
Ahh such memories Seeing all those pictures took me straight back to being in Cambodia again - it is such a lovely place and the people are amazing. Great to talk to you last night, wish I was there in Krabi with you having a few cocktails. Look forward to catching up when you get back. Thinking of maybe coming to UK next Feb (mum's 70th birthday) so if your not on another big trip hopefully we can have some fun then.
takes me back Surely you mean they fly 28 days a month and then and on the other two either glare at you or burst in to tears saying "It's not that you asked to fly with us, it's the WAY you asked"?
Did you stay at Smiley's and how come you didn't take the jet boat? Don't tell me it doesn't run any more, please. Any star gazing and whistling Nige?

swiss army "backpacker" Nige
I have a Swiss Army knife called a "Backpacker". I've had it for years and haven't really given the EVIL BLADE much exercise. To this end, I hereby offer to cut your little finger off for FREE. No Charge. It's not technically "chopping" it off, and I guess the necessary sawing action may prove a little uncomfortable and time-consuming, but think of the money you will save.
You might want quite a lot of loo roll to hand (at least 20 sheets) as I have done some research and understand this procedure can be quite messy.
I would also recommend a bit of brandy: before, during and afterwards - for medicinal purposes.
Let me know if you want to take up this offer, which is valid for 30 days.
p.s. you love me
Q & A No one knows but lots of people argue, £1 million and a new pair of gloves or £500,000 if it's my left hand (don't ask), Tom Cruise is one (surely that's enough of an argument).
The Andrew 'Boy' Charlton swimming pool was it? I used to walk past that on my way to work and was always somehow put off by the name. Nice to see Nige with a couple of birds! (you surely didn't expect a better joke than that from someone who once went to a Carry on Film Festival now did you?)
Need a Holiday? I have just read about 4 of these in one go since some of us WORK - gosh u 2 are going to need a holiday when you get back - opps - looks terrific fun - all the best with the rest - love si of ali xox
