On my way to Thailand for study abroad, I stopped in Japan to visit my friends I had not seen in 6 years. I used to live with this family when I was 14 as a mother's helper.

I am a junior at a small private liberal arts college for women in Georgia. As my mother says I was "bitten by the travel bug at a young age." I lived in the outback of Australia for 5 months when I was 13, and Japan for 3 months when I was 14. I've traveled to countries that range from Scotland to Kenya.
