So now we know Mark's plan. to hike every mountain before he is 55!!!!!The good thing is ...you can sample lots of chocolate and ice cream in every country ????!!!!!
Great photos! Enjoy your trip...Looks like a fantastic place..Mark, it sort of reminds me of our California trip a lifetime ago.. How long are you there for? Are you stopping in Bangkok on the way home?..Take care and stay safe..Stephen

Yuck - flies! Wow, that fly picture is yucky. Glad to hear you have found a way of dealing with them. Will think of you in all that heat as 39F (never mind C!) has not been felt here in quite a while.
World Travellers What a family of world Travellers I belong to! The pictures are really great - you both look so happy. Glad to hear you caught up on Mummy hugs. Did you actually sleep in the hippie camper? and if so, how many of you?
wow - sounds to to stressful for holidays . Nice van / Mark you should have one of these back home here . You guy's haven't missed much here at home as we haven't had any winter here yet ( Feb 5/10 ( 8 " of snow total) No snowmobiling .
Rick/Ruth
Wow Gotta love those flies! Must be the hat that attracts them! What a beautiful place; you guys are so lucky. Thanks for sharing and if you are feeling a little hot just keep repeating minus 12C ..minus 12 C...
Finally... Nice to see you finally got a chance to get this thing started, to satisfy the clamouring masses. I naturally went to read it right away as I was afraid you would not be able to resist spilling the beans about our Tassie trip mishap. Remember, no public expose until after Bondi weekend on Feb. 20.
I hope your tenting adventure is going well. The weather is more moderate now so that should help.
Hi, AN/UM, Sounds like an exciting time you've had so far. I'm doing much better now, hand is healing well. Have you been getting the emails from my blog?
Talk to you soon.
Love Dan
Wow ...what luxury!!!!No pics of Kendra????? The Hippie van must have brought back lots of memories... Too bad mark has no hair anymore !! Glad you are having a great time !! What exotic food are you eating?
Reply to your blog Thanks for the travel information. Sounds like an absolutely wonderful trip, I'm very envious! I really liked your comment about the 'mom hug' I could totally relate (I miss Kels - had to believe, I know!!!)
Anyway, continue enjoying. Can't wait to hear more.
February in Stouffville Great to get the first blog...was wondering if you had fallen off the scales. Love the hippy van with flowers!! All the skibees say hi. We had the perfect day this week as Osler, -5 degrees and wonderful snow. Last ski bees next week; cannot believe it is over already; but we are off the Smugglers Notch in Vermont to finish the season. Kyle is in Montreal so we are meeting him for the vacation...more mom hugs. Look out for the spiders, I hear they are big and nasty!! Look forward to hearing more of your adventures. Kathryn
I'll send valium for the trip back OK I'm just going to say I would have probably been crying by the time I met the pilot on the plane to Chicago...,aybe thats why he docked you close to your connecting gate hmmmmm.
The hippie van is straight out of Scoobie Doo ... tres retro.
I'm off to the Dominican Tues with Wendy and her friends. I'm very excited.
Sam's working hard on the musical and Linds is getting ready to go to Panama with Kelsey and her room mate for reading week.
Carm is doing better. Has come to terms with family though I'm sure there is going to be lots more drama. Thats life!!
Love to hear the updates
xoxoMare
We're reading! Great to take trips vicariously through our freinds. Saves us a fortune. That's how we were able to buy a boat. No more pictures of Mark sleeping. I get the luxury idea but it ain't pretty. We got an email from Sue yesterday already lamenting the fact that they will be coming home soon.
Keep having fun
Ric
Great Post Looks like you have all of the elements of a great vacation. Have you heard if the Sea of Cortez is good for scuba diving? Outside of whale season I would expect.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.
Jane
