Elephants et al Great photos! I can't believe how up close and personal you can actually get with the wildlife. Looks like a great vacation. Keep me coming.....
Amazing pictures What an adventure, the pictures look amazing! Sounds like you are having a wonderful time. Cannot wait to hear all about it when you return. Happy travels
Nice pix Great pictures guys. Now that is a REAL cockroach, makes me appreciate one of the (few?) benefits of living in a colder climate. And the cheetahs are truly beautiful, although I always feel a bit sad/uneasy seeing those big African animals - kind of like 'see them now, before they go extinct'.
Still a bit disappointed not to see any pictures of you rolling down the dunes.
Great Post Love your trip already! We were just wondering when you were going to start blogging during our Mom's Nite Out last night. We missed you and you missed chocolate! Looking forward to more of your adventures.
Wow! Hello Nerine and Mark,
What an incredible experience you guys are having. I am blown away by the pictures. Back here in our humble little corner of the world it is sunny in Toronto and snowing big time in Alberta. Lake Ontario water levels are so low that many boats will not be able to launch this year. Luckily this is not a problem at PCYC and hopefully this is not a problem where you guys are cruising.
Thanks for keeping us in the loop. They have been a great read and travelling vicariously through you is likely the only way I am ever going to see these places.
Take care,
Ric
love cultural tour Hi; your adventures sound wonderful, and the pictures are great! Trip of a life time for sure. Spring has sprung here, with new rain and hot weather - everything is lovely and green. I keep thinking about what type of garden we are going to build for you!! hurray up and get home or I will have to start without you! Imagine, if I got the wrong house, and planted a whole new garden, lol
Looks beautiful Wow-your pictures are great-I love the colour of the water on the beach shots. Did you try some of the fish? I was just reading a book centered around the war in Japan-from a Japanese perspective-that must have been interesting! I miss you-looking forward to dinner at the end of the month!! OX
Sealegs Your trip sounds awesome ... except for the need for sealegs. Brings back not so fond memories of the first couple of days of passage making in the Caribbean. Mark seems to have outdone himself this time. Spring has arrived in full force here. David is "working" at the local golf course as a marshall and the golf leagues start next week! Florida and Savannah were great fun ... saw several of our cruising buddies ... so lots of sailing stories.
Enjoy the rest of the trip ... looking forward to catching up with you here. Jeanne and Dave
Great to hear about the next leg of your trip, Nerine - sounds really interesting, all the places you visited. Can't wait to see your pictures when you get home!
Love to you both,
Susan
