Just hope Mum hasn't read this!! She'll be having a fit if she has Neil! sounds like you are having a great time. Those glow worms are really spooky aren't they. I first saw them when I went to Brazil and they landed on my mossi net over my hammock. The are amazing.
Pity I didn't know you were going to Taupo as I have a friend there, Lynn Smith (used to own the Craven Heifer in Skipton) and she has a hotel next to lake Taupo - you could have called in to say "hi" - she must be missing the Yorkshire accent by now!!
Anyway, you have a great time, stay safe and I'm really looking forward to seeing you at THE WEDDIG(!) and hearing all about your travels.
Love Karen xx
Sounds Fab Following your travels in Thailand with interest Neil. You sound to be having a great time and seeing a lot of the place. The encounter with the tigers sounded a bit scary! Almost as scary as mine in Brazil with the giant fanged catterpillar!!
Have fun and stay safe.
Love Karen
Meat The meat is probably dog Neil so I wouldn't worry too much if you don't get any!!
Sounds like you are having a great time and seeing lots of temples!!
Glad you've put Mum's mind at rest that you are well and havenot yet contracted Malaria.
Have fun and I'll keep track of you on your blog.

Glad to hear you're well Banks!
I am pretty concerned at the amount of sunbathing you will probably be doing though, I know you like the sun but make sure you use plenty of suncream, don't want your (lack of) guns getting burnt!
I'm definitely not jealous either, I can't tell you how much fun I'm having working on my diss right now. So much better than being away travelling the world.
Where did you get a bus to on Sunday!? Bad story telling!
Have fun Banks! BYE x
