Ruminating Have missed your reflective ruminations on whatever's at the forefront of your mind Mr Smith. Danang is gearing up for the International Fireworks comp again this weekend. Can't believe it's been 10 months. Have been meaning to write, all the usual excuses. XX
Getting closer... Nice guys... Loved the pics and writing. Sounds like Argentina was a cool country. Look forward to reading about Bolivia, the buses, and altitude.
Hope you're well. Look forward to seeing you both in coming weeks(?)!

Hi, Your entry really touches me. I wish i could experience those feelings, no matter what. Sorry to read about your financial problem. But like you wrote, two of you had a wondeful time, and this is the most important thing, huh? Enjoy your adventure with all your hearts. I love your pics. Big hug for you, Krysta.
You crazy kids... Hey Krysta-and-Marc-heads.
Love the post!
(FYI we're back in the US and had the best HOT showers we've had since leaving Thailand. WOW!)
Sorry to read about the money woes. Are you feeling good about the '$200 a day and we're still making money' thing?
At any rate, much love to you both. Keep writing, enjoying, and submerging yourselves in the wonderful cultures you have, and will continue, to see along your fantastic voyage (Thanks, Coolio).
Hugs and high-fives,
J 'n R
Beauty I love the pic of you on the train Krysta with the beers! I think you should frame it when you get back home - it's gorgeous!
Great blog entry,
Lisa
WOW!! Now I am officially crazy jealous of you guys!
An African Safari is # 1 on my list of places I must see before I die! I am assumming you now have a similar list.
I am so glad you have been and I can now pick someone's brain about it.
Stupid jealous,
Lisa
God I love travelling with you guys... when you get home, will you keep blogging your 'travels'?.......you could make dishes and diapers an adventure for me....love you guys.
Hey there, the tattoos look fabulous, and you guys look so well and so relaxed! Apologies for the long hiatus in contact. Between the sun coming out in Danang, Tet holiday and leaving plans (I got a new job - we're moving to Seoul in April) I've just been a real slacker... Thanks for giving me back the travel bug...
Happy New Year, Krysta and Marc! These pics are great. It is almost exactly a year since Jay and I were in Thailand. Your pictures are all so familiar. We too loved Chaing Mai (except for how sick I got from the exhaust fumes) and especially loved our trek to the hill tribe villages. Your pictures remind me how much I enjoyed our trip and since it is -20 outside right now, how much I would love to be in your shoes. Take care,
Erin
Fairy Dream Grand to hear you guys are back on your (iron) horse after the dengue sidelining. Suoi Tien means Fairy Dream, which I have always found to be such a whimsical name. Good on you for braving the developing world roller coaster. You got way more cahones than me...
Hi guys! I'm so glad you are feeling better, Krysta! We want you to come back healthy and happy :) I love the photos and those kids are soooo cute! Enjoy the rest of your time and we'll see you real soon. Miss you lots!
Mary
What the hell is a flat of beer? Is a flat a case? Personally, I was hoping there would be some dengue red leg pics, however am delighted that Krysta found the stamina for another smoothly crafted blog post. Having a ball in Sydney. Hope you are both well. Love me and John XXXX
Great pics! Hi guys!
Krysta - I'm so glad you are feeling better - crazy stuff!
Aside from the illness and the technical problems, it seems like you are having a good time: the pedicure - nice and cheap, the blond hair - not bad :), golf, the beach and of course the friends, the drinks and the food... Enjoy every minute!! We look forward to seeing you soon! Big hugs.
Seeking adventure and a new perspective, we sold our house and packed everything we own into a 20-foot shipping container. Our "plan" is to teach English in Vietnam and travel various parts of Southeast Asia over the next year and a half.
