It is not all vacation as yesterday was spent commuting from London to Nottingham to meet with Perot Systems associates. The commute was a 1.5 hour train ride north of London. I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake at the Perot office in Nottingham. I was advised however, that English tradition is for the person having the birthday to bring cake for others. We had some very interesting and tasty sandwiches for lunch. The sandwich tray included Cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, egg/mayo, and egg/mayo/lettuce/tomato. The country-side is beautiful. The rolling hills and farms were very pretty. I did notice that in the fields, the farmers appear to use small SUV type vehicles to get around their property.
