Hi Melissa Boy I bet you are enjoying your upgrade with a spa bath after not having a shower for several days trekking. The painter has come today to plaster our bedroom.Yay we are pleased to have it looking nice. Snowbee is a rascal I put her out and she somehow knows when I am in the office and stands outside the office door crying. I can't take it and have to let her in. You must be in El plano alto. If you go down there is a big city more like Lima. sounds like the nausea might be altitude sickness, I felt like that in la paz but not cusco. Love the blog. Watch out for TB.

Melissa Lauren Boyle got a silver in the 800 mitre race I think it was freestyle and won gold in the 400. She did really well. I saw the races and they were really great. She broke a new world record for her time in the 400. It was amazing. She really did well. N.Z. is doing really well in the medals. We are 5th best country in the Common Wealth. Lauren looked really stoked. Val Adams won gold again to. Love you Melissa. Mum.
