my foot Mike has used this sore foot gimmick quit a few times, you are the first to fall for it. You don't mention whether you were able to gather the jacket and papers; does Mike now traveling underground?
The scenery is beautiful. Every time I have camped on sand there has been an unbearable attack of sand fleas. Evidently you were spared.
I am not sure how to navigate this blog site, how do I go about seeing the rest of the journal?
Cheers,
Ted
Baikal Thanks for the pictures and descriptions of the countryside and life there. It's fun to see what you are doing and learning about that part of the world. Love, Grandma
Beautiful! Great first installment! Enjoyed the photos and the stories and all the funny comments. The pretty drinking glasses are an especially nice touch. They look very old. Also, I'm curious about the books you two were reading along the way, though I don't know how you could concentrate on reading with all that lush countryside streaming by. Can't wait to see the second installment. ~~~Mom/Colleen
We are both English teachers, different in some ways, similar in other, but both undeniably love traveling and are going to enjoy sharing our experiences with the world ... full info
