Flying over the Nazca Lines was an amazing thing to do, from such a height I could clearly see, with my own eyes, the massive carvings of lines, trapezoids and animals, like spiders and monkeys. An amazing location set in the Andes Mountains and an amazing site. I won't write about the sight as there are many books written about Machu Pichu or even documentaries, who can do a much better job than I could at detailing the advanced techniques they must have used to build this city. I visited the site as part of a tour along the Inca trail and was also given a tour of the ruins.
