See? What's more thrilling - Europe or a little Southern CVS store?!!!!
that's hilarious Mary,
that's the funniest story i have read in a long time. i was crying as laughing so hard. i'm so glad you were not hurt nor arrested. thanks for the amusement.
That is the funniest story I have heard in a while. It is something that you would normally read as a joke on the forwards of email! Thanks for the laugh! You should have asked for the police officer's number just to round out the night! LOL!!! Emily
It could only happen to Mary Unbelievable!! I'm sure my mental image is nothing close to reality. Yes, this is definitely a story to be shared on major networks!!
LMAO Mary....that was exactly what I needed to read to drag my tired but out of bed and off to start my day. That was one of the better laughs I have had in a while (actually crying). I will vote for you if I see you on TV:)
other reading suggestions hi Mary,
i have read tony hawks round ireland with a fridge. he also wrote one hit wonderland which andy recommends but i have not read it. I would recommend Mark Twain's a tramp abroad, very funny even if it was written a long time ago. I also liked elizabeth von arnim's enchanted april. british women renting a house in italy for a month. i enjoyed it. I still enjoy reading about your adventures.
ditto I too did not watch the game. Never even had it on that channel. Had the Monk shows on all evening although putting a newsletter together occupied in a side room. How about passing on the one about the fridge to me sometime? Love ya, Mom
great job! Everything looks great Mary! You are quite crafty...I assume you've been doing all the painting???? Very nice job..
Just wondering if you ever received those IEP forms that I sent??? I'm hoping so, just let me know.
-Mya
The whole team-or rather Dawn, Gina and me!! are coming over - looks as if you have loads of space for us and then you can practise your Italian with me!! and you can take me to all those craft stores....Heaven!!! House looks beautiful and all the floors are gleaming...Have you got a cleaner??? Internet as been playing up but will email you with update from us all soon. take care, Maria xx
What a cute townhouse! Hey girl! You just can't seem to get enough of traveling these days. I've been to Miami...but it was the "I Love Lucy" era - the old Miami of the mid 60's when it was the "it" place long before it became the new "it" place of today. Have I thoroughly confused you yet? :-)
Congrats on your new place...looks absolutely lovely! We still have a standing lunch date in Old Salem. I've gone back to work on a part time basis...just enough to mess up my social calendar. Let me know when it's good for you. See you soon! Ciao, Yvonne
where are you now??? Okay..lost! Where are you buying a house? W-S? Congrats it is darling. Once I get your number expect a call. I am dying to catch up and giggle about your travels. Miami is beautiful. We stayed on that same strip when we went. Very fun. My snaps to you for doing your dr.
Welcome home!
Too much excitement! So glad to hear from you and know you are OK. I called Lauren and told her that you should report to Carter Vocational HS and then we need to talk about your REAL assignment for the year.
You have had quite a year -- can't wait to hear some tidbits in person!!
Barbara
