Andaman Islands
We will be in the Andaman Islands in August, so hopefully we will like it better there than you did. It is reassuring that you took the boat to the Islands, because that is what we want to do, but I read it is not recommended. Did you take the boat from India? If so, from which city? We will be taking it in Calcutta. :)

Opinion
I may have been a little brutal with my comment earlier. I completely understand your in-your-face honesty but personally I feel you could have stated the facts without the harshness and sarcasm. Although, I'm sure all facts you stated are true. Comments on 'scanty facilities' is acceptable but mocking Hindu belief system, is not. And, a personal suggestion when visiting a country like India, please balance out your expectations. We have the best of facilities but those are usually limited to metropolitan cities only. We are a giant country, it takes time for the development to spread to every nook and cranny. I hope your next visit here is much better.

Racist Comments
Thank you for your response to my blog. All I did was report truthfully on the events of one particular day on our travels. I am in NO WAY racist. A foreigner to England may report equally as honestly to sitting on the M25 trying to get to London, and this is the same EVERY day - not just on festival days- and we never have to suffer 40 degrees. We were followed around like we were freaks. Sorry if my honesty offends.
