Really good to hear so much about it all
Thanks so much for all the interesting info and the pictures. As I had not viewed the chorus singing I was thrilled to see the pictures. I am so happy for you all and you sure did well. My heart is full of joy at the results and the fact you could sing your second group of songs. I bet they loved "You can't stop the beat"

HOORAY - 11th!!
Well, ladies, what can I say? Today you were FANTASTIC! I was watching/listening with huge pride. You sang so well the ballad gave me goosebumps. And what a fabulous result - to be mic testing chorus, fabulous - 11th in the world!! You can strut your stuff some more and show off to the world why you deserve to be back on that stage performing your fun package. About 30 of the non- Houston travellers are catching up for lunch tomorrow (Saturday for us) so we'll celebrate for you (and with you). I'll also have a wine or two for you tonight when I get home! Yeehaa, what a fantastic day!!

Aftershock and Eventime
Hi Liz (and chorus) - loved what I saw of Aftershock's performance. Sat up in bed at 5am, switched on the laptop, connected to the webcast, saw mic testing quartet, then first competing quartet and then our girls. Wow, they looked fantastic, nice and relaxed. The uptune was fabulous, sounded great. Settled back into my pillows to enjoy the ballad and wham, my laptop switches off!!! no reason, just decided that I didnt' need to hear them sing anymore. I was soooooooo bummed. So I caught the first 20 seconds of the ballad ... but I've heard from others back home that they were AWESOME! I did manage to reconnect in time to hear Eventime - they were neat; sounded great. To the chorus - KNOCK THEM OFF THEIR SEATS TOMORROW LADIES!! We know you'll rock tomorrow. xoxo

Question on dog sledding
Your travel blog on Quebec was great. Just what I was looking for. Do you know which dog sledding company you used? I see two companies online - it looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for any help you can give.

Spooky..?
Hi guys! I'm surprised you did'nt really feel the loss at 'twin towers!' We have visited the site of the Bali bombing and it was really moving for us. Also the Phi Phi Island sunami site is quite overwhelming. Lizzie, althou I like history as I guess you do.Museums seem to be a guy thing...! I've always assumed NYC to be alot like Las Vegas, it is at 'night time', that it is at it's most fantastic! All the lights and alot more exciting as we don't really have that here!Althou when I get there I would like a 'white xmas!' lol wish me luck!! hugs'n'luv xxxxxxx

Jahanie's old home town!
Hi guys! Glad to see the rest of the blog coming together! Yes,the beauty of travelling around huge countries is that each place is just like another country within the one you are in!! That is so cool!! I crack up when Sth. Islanders don't like the difference between them and Auckland, say! The difference is so practically non-excisting,the scenery is about all that changes! Lizzie!what did you thing of Jahanie's little old life style he had for a year? I would say miles apart from his up-bringing! Other than the closes family thing of coarse!!But really cool. He was so lucky to get such a lovely family. What I want to know though is did he fit straight back in again? And I figure from your comments, you are rather pleased he no longer plays ice hockey! As a mum back here I had to block it all out, they also did it on the frozen over lakes! Ma Su.xx

The buildings,language.etc. You both look really happy in all your photos! good to have a break eh! Luv Ma Su.xx
