Hello Again, Well done to all those who subscribed, disappointingly Holly loses, being the last to add her email to the list. Last night I went to the waterfront area, I managed to walk despite barely being able to move my legs, and went to Joes Crab Shack, a typical american, touristy place which was good, I had coconut shrimp which was tasty. Its strange being in a place where everyone else is drinking beer and not being able to drink. I decided to have a smoothie thing to make me feel less puritan, but my bannana and strawberry thing was bright pink and came in a big tall glass with an umbrella in it, which wasn't quite the look I was going for either! Hello! Owing to the popularity of yesterdays entry I present another run down of what I've been up to today! Well last night I went for a meal in an italian part of town, I had gnocchi which was really good, and sat outside between two american women complete with paris hilton size dogs, and an american couple who were really friendly and asked me all sorts of questions about what I was doing and kept on chatting to me which was nice. People are really friendly here which is nice, I think the weather makes people happier than they are in the UK. Hello! Well I wasn't going to do one of these things, but I've taken a few photos and I thought it would be nice for other people to see them and what I've been up to.... So: I arrived last night, and am staying in a nice hostel, I'm in a little annexe of the main building which is a bit quieter and has a cool terrace/viewing platform thing. As you can see I have already made my room my own... Its really central, right next to chinatown, although its not the most salubrious part of town. Although the primary school which is my next door neighbor has strict 'no weapons' policy so thats ok.
