Love the photos. I live in Alberta, and I play around in the mountains there, but they're nothing like these...guess where I want to go now? :P

Hi Rob, Thanks for the correction, it's so hard sometimes to keep all the mountains, glaciers, and ranges straight, we saw so many while traveling throughout British Colombia. It seems like your hometown has gone through a lot of changes, I visited about 5 years ago and it was quite different then! Thanks for checking out my blog.

Hi LAURA thanks for sharing your pics and adventure. Can you tell me anymore about the ceremonial kiva's. Also, do the peublo women wearing any types of head scarves, and if so for what reasons? Do you have any pics of the people in particular the women with head scarves. Thanks so much.

hahahaha. rambaldi!! i totally forgot about that.. i would give anything to be a worker bee again! I NEVER thought i would say that... i know you are probaly missing my race cahhhhhhh moves, and seeing sings for WALL DRUG!

Prairies to Mountains in minutes
Awesome Laura, just fantastic. So glad you are able to share this wonderful trip. I'd love to see Montana now after your description. Prairies to mountains in minutes! The song God Bless America comes to mind. So where will you be on the 4th of July? So like Mom's to come by and put the "hand down" on their kids fun, huh? Ooops, Deb are you there? The weather has been good out here for a week now and that's a great treat after much cloudiness. I hope this is the bright season come to stay. Keep the updates coming! Stay well.

My God Laura, thank you for sharing this adventure with me. I can't wait to hear more. What could those people be thinking to destroy a glacier--that's right they are not thinking. Makes me angry. The area is beautiful and I would also like to go there. Always have. It should be pretty easy now - no excuses. I'm glad you've found a place that lights you up as much as Alaska. I'll drop another note - stay well and enjoy every second! Love always.

Dalton Highway
Laura, Hope you and all your friends had a great time, but not too great if you know what I mean. I am crossing my fingers for good weather for you at Denali. I went on google and checked out the Dalton Highway. I sounds ??? Advice is to have 2 spare tires with you becasue the road is not paved in many areas and very rough, also many car windshields get cracked because of rocks flying up. Not trying to discourage ;you but I am thinking about your expense of the last tires. CHeck it out on google. Have fun. Be safe. Will talk to you tonite. Love, Mom We all Miss you.

Everything is so beautiful. It makes me want to go on a trip right now. Maybe next trip You and I can go so I won/t have to pull my hair out worring about you and I can be as lucky as you both are to be able to see some of the most beautiful sites that exist on this earth.
