Sunday Woke up and went to breakfast in the hotel. Dad says they sure don’t skimp on breakfast here. They have a nice selection of fresh juices, eggs, waffles, muslei, breads and then a more European selection of meats and stuff. It was pretty hot out, and our guide for the week, Tony Staadeker, met us and we went out on our first excursion. He took us around in his VW mini-van. We went around Cape Town on a general tour of the city. We went to an area that is very “coloured” not just the people who live there but the actual buildings themselves.
