Kudos from home...
You should all be very proud of the work you've done this week. You definitely exemplify what it means to be a Christian! Thank you so much for taking the time to write and share your photos in this blog. Having a sneak peak into the world you've experienced this week is very rewarding. Have a safe trip home!

Bozeman
I really enjoy following this trip each year with you. It is so great to see young people doing good work. It is 31 degrees and snowing in Bozeman, MT. Grandma Gloria (Scott's mom)

Hello everyone
Just a note to let you know we are so proud of you guys and be sure to have lots of fun while your working. Keep Zan around in case someone gets stuck again. It must be rewarding for you to see what need to be done and then doing it with no one having to tell you so. Lots of love. Have a great time

Blessings...
I've been sharing blog photos with co-workers and friends and keeping them abreast of the experiences you've shared on the site. So many of my collegues have said, "You must be so proud of your son." Of course I beam and respond, "Absolutely! I truly am blessed." But I also add, "I really believe that the LSC 'kids' will come away from this experience feeling equally blessed." I hope for each of you this experience has been all you hoped it would be - and more! Travel home SAFELY!

See, Susan, all those tortuous years of leveling dirt and throwing rocks has paid off! Dad must have known about this; he is omniscient, you know! Looks like you guys are having a fun time, as well as helping others. What an awesome opportunity!

Wow!
Love the picture of "Susan of the Sea" and the whales - too awesome for words! Sounds like your work is coming along - like the Safety Day t-shirt, Susan ;). Enjoy your time together and realize how your work is helping and inspiring others!

Ocean View
The pictures of the ocean behind Susan and the whale breeching the surface off the coast are awesome! It reminds me of how "small" we really are in the scheme of things. However, together we can accomplish "big" things! (Although I don't think that even "together" you'll get Zan to eat seafood - that might be just a little too big!) Hope you all find this experience rewarding and come away with as many blessings as you are sharing.

What a wonderful thing!
Wow! What a wonderful thing you all are doing! It's humbling to read what life is like there for the people, and especially the children. It makes my heart ache! I am so proud of my daughter, Colleen, for working to better the lives of these people. May God bless you all and keep you safe! Laura Bragg

Wow...
I'm amazed at the good job you guys have done painting those desks. I felt bad that we weren't able to paint any last week, but then again we weren't nearly as artistic as you guys are. Great job.

¡Hola mis amores!
¡Salutaciones a todos de vosotros allí en Guatemala! Me hace triste que yo no pueda estar allí con vosotros. I miss you all and I wish I could be there with you! Hello to Paul, Shoppa, Kelli, Alisha, Richard, Tina, Matt, Colleen, Pastor Scott (nice tattoo, by the by), Brian, Estuardo, Cathrine Diane and everyone else there! Please greet Mami, Flor and Iris for me. You all have begun an awesome journey. I pray that it open your eyes and your hearts. I wish that I could see the school you will be starting and be there to help build it. I suppose my Spanish is now much more extremeño (from Extremadura, the region in Spain where I have been since September) than guatemalteco, but that just means I will have to spend even more time in Guatemala. I pray for you all to have the strength to continue to be prophets of a future not your own. Love and Peace in Christ, Clair PS I need an email for la familia Dardon ¡es una lastima que no nos hablemos en tanto tiempo! I am so excited that you have started Caminos de Esperanza!
