Photography is great--love your subject matter--dogs, brides and portopotties. Now if you can only get them all into one shot. Beach, of course, is simply beautiful, but your smiling mug is better!

(when i have more time i'll have to tell you about the 50-mile 24-hour hike that a bunch of my dartmouth friends just did). but right now i just wanted to say that Tonga came up in my geography reading just now!: "By the end of the nineteenth century, the entire Pacific Island region (one third of the surface of the earth) had been carved up by Western colonial powers. Only the tiny island kingdom of Tonga retained an indigenous polity." Ha! cool beans. i'll comment more later, gotta finish my homework right now, but glad to hear everything is going well! (and skipping is a totally legit form of getting around. i say so.)
